You know this is pretty damn good all in all but the fact that you put in Churches last lines in Red vs Blue just made it all the more perfect I tip my hat to you sir
“Sic Parvis Magna” “Greatness From Small Beginnings” I don’t think anyone has any idea how much that quote has stuck with me and how much it will stick with me for the rest of my life, god I wish I could wipe my memory and replay the uncharted games.
Honestly, this was the best video I've seen in my life, RUclips has a lot of content, but for me nothing beats the emotion of having seen this video, I felt very emotional because this video was so epic, so thank you! And as much as I haven't played a lot of these games, the lines and the synchrony fit together in a phenomenal way to show the reality of being human. Do not give up on making these works of art, as this edition is like an Oscar film.
I have NEVER seen editing as good as this, and I’ve watched so many of these videos. Came back to your channel after discovering you’ve got the most viewed “it’s just a game” montage, and you’ve blown me away again. 👏👏👏
These have been great to watch man. Love the transitions and all the work you put in. Many things I forgot about brought back a lot of memories and emotions. Especially the Church monologue near the end, wasn't expecting to feel so much emotion from that bit too.
Glad you've enjoyed it! Church's monolougue broaden my perspective of every hero's stories, how they're dedicated to saving the day, even to an extent to sacrificing their own life knowing they'll never witness the ending they've been truly fighting to achieve for. But entrusted and believed someone else will accomplish their dreams because they're still determinedly fighting with as much resolve as the hero had. Hope lives on in everyone who desires the same future.
We went from playing pong, believing super mario bros was peak gaming... Now? Now we are running around the wild west, shooting badguys in space, and playing as heroes we thought would only exist on comic book pages. We have come a long way... And i've never been more proud.
3:45-5:00 I absolutely adore. Not only are the music and transitions amazing, but it was like reliving the moments of my gaming experience that made me feel such emotion. I relived the feeling of seeing that nuke set off in Modern Warfare, me fighting my sworn brother in Yakuza Kiwami, me making that final leap to survive in Mass Effect 2, me feeling the weight of the consequences of my actions in Detroit Become Human. Fantastic video. Please keep making these. You truly show what us gamers keep to heart and remember.
These kind of games don’t simply tell a story, or give us memories to smile and cry at later. They surround us in an aura like none other, a sort of feeling that just feels good in your bones. Not enough people realize what games can mean to someone, and the joy and caring sadness that can follow it.
I have one thing to say. Just thank you. Thanks for letting me relive all these memories again even if some of them are heart wrenching. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go play through Tlou part 1 and 2 for the millionth time because of this video
Rather than making me cry this one reminded me of all the amazing things I've had the pleasure of witnessing over the years and these are treasured memories. So thank you so much for helping me relive these moments even for just a few minutes, it means a lot.
I know this video is a year old and I hate that I'm seeing this just now This proves video games are a work of art. They can sometimes provide stories that are so appealing to the human mind better than most modern day movies. Video games have caused a revolution in how entertainment is protrayed and how stories are told with the use of a giving us control of how the story can be told and placing us in the shoes of the main character in these 3d worlds and allow us to step away from reality for a few hours everyday, but they always manage to connect the story in this fictional world to real life lessons and have damn good actors portray the emotions felt in these stories to a tier I've seen some actors in movies struggle to do. Video games are the new medium of entertainment and have managed to touch a person's heart via a gripping story or just an escape from this crazy world we live in and will continue doing so for many years to come.
There's so many things that we saw So many wars that we fought and so many people that we lost, all of this happened in another world, our gaming world. Cheers for all gamers that understand that it's not just a game
I have to say, this is easily top 5 videos I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s soooooo narratively impactful, along with masterful transitions. This is a masterpiece in montage making. I thank you for the experience your video gave me. I felt things, and that meant something.

You know this is pretty damn good all in all but the fact that you put in Churches last lines in Red vs Blue just made it all the more perfect
I tip my hat to you sir
Bro everytime I see the part of the fight against Red, I cried. Just awesome moment and awesome video
Yesss. This song has been stuck in my head for days too. It is truly intense and haunting.
Beautifully edited. Well done and thank you.
“You have no idea what loss is.”
She does now. RIP Joel.
The single second where you can see Charles, man. I actually cried
“Sic Parvis Magna”
“Greatness From Small Beginnings”
I don’t think anyone has any idea how much that quote has stuck with me and how much it will stick with me for the rest of my life, god I wish I could wipe my memory and replay the uncharted games.
And I'll do it many more times!
One of the best edits I have ever seen.
Athena saying that about teacher, husband and father, with it connecting to the games is incredible
Im amazed, never knew gaming could've been shown in a way like this!
Keep up the good work!
ok, that was the best "It's Just A Video Game" i've ever seen
You've really made a piece of art right there, this is majestic.
"As long as I have breath in my body, my fate is my own to decide" - A man who lost everything, even his fate
This is Art, utterly just Art.
That Resident evil 4 transition was smooth af
no
Dude, these transitions are insane
this is the most incredible and impressive tribute i have seen so far it is awe inspiring. Made with great taste.
Thanks.
We went from playing pong, believing super mario bros was peak gaming... Now? Now we are running around the wild west, shooting badguys in space, and playing as heroes we thought would only exist on comic book pages.
We have come a long way... And i've never been more proud.
God this video, and all these games are something more than just masterpiece. Great montage, great music, pure emotions. great job!
I just finished watching this and that was...
That was amazing and things like this, it always reminds me that video games can be more.
Couldn't agree more!
Good dam… I started to tear up when I heard Epsilon’s final speech
Crying so much in the middle of the night... THE FEELS
WHY IS THIS THE ONLY EDIT THATS NOT AT MORE THAN A MILLION
That was beautiful, and the editing was fantastic. Those fight scenes flowed together better than I thought was possible.
Rather than making me cry this one reminded me of all the amazing things I've had the pleasure of witnessing over the years and these are treasured memories. So thank you so much for helping me relive these moments even for just a few minutes, it means a lot.
this is a real masterpiece, wish u were more popular, really great job and effort u put in this series well done man!
I know this video is a year old and I hate that I'm seeing this just now
This proves video games are a work of art.
Honestly some of the best editing I’ve seen in a very long time the way you transitioned from shot to shot very good stuff keep it up
Now this, this captures perfectly what it feels like playing video games and getting to experience all these breathtaking stories. Bravo.
That hits more than different
Bro
That was the best "it is just a game video" I ever saw !!! My Lord I love videogames
Amazing editing dude! Loved every second of it and I am not exaggerating.
I loved every word you've said, that made my day 🙃
There's so many things that we saw
So many wars that we fought and so many people that we lost, all of this happened in another world, our gaming world.
Cheers for all gamers that understand that it's not just a game
Masterpiece as always.
Even though I have never played some well known games, I still enjoy just being here in the community, really is a fun ride.
Beautiful as always
Thank you! 😊
Masterpiece still to this day.🎉
This is the best edit by far
Makes me less afraid of dying. At the end of the day you realise that the only thing you own is your life and even that is taken away in the end.
I'm not crying, you're crying!
I have to say, this is easily top 5 videos I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s soooooo narratively impactful, along with masterful transitions. This is a masterpiece in montage making. I thank you for the experience your video gave me. I felt things, and that meant something.
My guy, I've played pretty much all of these games. I suggest you include MGS1 in your next version. That was glorious, and I thank you.
By far the cleanest "Its just a Video Game" edit i have seen!
AYYY PART 3!!!
“Fight for our freedom” and cutting to titanfall 2’s opening scene is perfect
best edit ever
„They“ll … never know.. if their sacrifice….. actually made a difference“
This give me chills!
