For me, it’s quite simple. Dior Homme Intense should be used only by people over 25 years old. It seems more mature to me. Uomo intense, on the other hand, suits better the younger crowd. I still had a bit juice of a Dior Homme Intense from 2015 I guess and it’s a murderer in terms of performance. Easily 12+ hours and sometimes too much projection. Over 2 sprays is too much. Uomo intense also a great smell and performer. At least 10 hours. Great fragrances, both of them. Nice video, cheers !
I get better performance from VUI compared to all my vintage DHIs. It sticks with me for about 10 hours on my skin. I prefer the cocoa in DHI more but I get similar results from both.
Couldn't agree more. Uomo Intense is more mass appealing and has that Fall holiday spice thing along with a fresher opening. DHI may have fewer notes, but it isn't trying to please everyone and is more sophisticated, IMO. Thanks, Dallas!
As a noob perfume collector, DHI still has the edge from Valentino. But it’s always a personal choice. Whatever makes you happy and feel contented. For me, DHI is my favorite. I got them both by the way.
Completely agree, a lot of reviewers have proclaimed Uomo Intense to be the Dior Homme Intense killer. As someone who has owned both for a while I couldn't disagree with that more. Dior Homme Intense is in a different league for me, it has much more of a unique impact. I actually prefer the original Uomo to the Intense version, I'll be getting that when my Uomo Intense bottle is empty.
What’s up Dallas, I have Dior homme intense, smells good but it’s just a little too heavy on the iris. I’m not a big fan of that strong lipstick smell. I also have gentlemen Gevinchy EDP which I absolutely love but performance falls very very short for me. Would you say Valentino Oumo intense falls in between? I really do love that givenchy edp (scent profile because it’s light on the iris) but like I said doesn’t really last long.
Talking about not that big of a difference between modern DHI and 1st reformulation has put my mind at ease. Theres alot of paranoid people out there discrediting current DHI and influencing people to pay hundreds of dollars on earlier batches. You should definitely make a video about this, thanks!

Women love Valentino uomo intense more trust me. Guys will probably like dhi more but women will fucking melt for valentino uomo intense. That shit is fire🔥 most complimented fragance ever. Even more than with creed aventus and sauvage. They will like the opening of the others a little more but as it dries down it is just a fucken beast for me it overtakes the others in the long run

I have the 3 Valentino’s and I definitely prefer Absolu......Regarding the Dior I don’t have so I can’t compare...but Absolu is very nice...ok awesome video!

IMO just stay away from DHI with formula code of 10950/a. That thing is literally skinscent 15 minutes after applying on my skin and on my friend too. I tried myself to overspray it and it did not help at all. It's noticeably weaker compared to the previous. It's not olfactory fatigue because I have tried the previous 08666/A and it's projecting very good. I also like DHI more than Uomo Intense. It has more character IMO.
Good video, I own both of these fragrances, DHI has been in my collection since 2013. About a month ago I got a 50ml bottle of Uomo Intense and I noticed a lot of people say there is a vanilla note in there but unfortunately on my skin I get no vanilla whatsoever. When spraying one on my left hand and the other on the right the opening actually smells almost exactly the same on my skin with that heavy iris note. The drydown is however where both goes a different route where from Uomo Intense I get leather and DHI a very warm vanilla/cocoa note. All in all I definitely prefer DHI by far, it should be mentioned though that my DHI bottle is a 2014 batch, I've read the 2018 batches are terrible in terms of performance, that it is watered down heavily. I sure hope this is not the case as I've yet to try a more recent batch.

I don't have DHI, but I have DH (EDT). It was an acquired taste for sure. I still think I prefer Uomo Intense. I just love the Uomo line in general.
