It’s simple. DHI is the more classy elegant smelling with sweetness. UMO Intense has that mass appealing smell added to it and minus the heavy markup smell. Both are good. I feel you go DHI to Impress and UMO to get compliments. Both do the same thing but frags for me at least it’s about getting ready and picking the right one for a situation.

Dior Homme Intense is discontinued in the states? I got a bottle at some boutique shop at my local mall. Checked batch and legitimacy and it's authentic.

Uomo on the other hand is a little bit milder but that vanilla on the dry down is so yummy with the iris. I'd wear DHI on date nights and night outs while I'd wear Uomo on family gatherings and casual dinner with friends.
First time i smelt Valentino i knew it was the best frangrance id tried. The dry down is masculine and so good. If i could keep only one fragrance it would be this
Valentino uomo intense all the waaaaaay...its been in my top 10 for years and once a young daughter of my friend she was around 5 years old once she was setting next to me with her father she came closer and took a bug sniff of me and said i smell like delecious ice cream and her reaction is so honest and since then kept it always in my top 10 😁😁😁👌
Dior Homme Intense is superior IMO. In fact, I had the Valentino and sold it. Prada Lhomme Intense could be better than DHI…very close. But those 2 are the best of the Iris fall/winter fragrances. I sold DHP too…just not for me.
Valentino Uomo intense is out of production, so soon when the last bottles in the market will be sold out it’s gonna be discontinued, you can contact the company to confirm my words … I have a new bottle and I’m using it wisely, love this scent it’s amazing and I’m sad always good stuff facing discontinuation for some reason !
DHI, Valentino uomo intense and Givenchi reserve privee share identity. The thickest sweetest is the Givenchi. The DHI is the OG so well made so elegant. Valentino it is the most versatile the more designer like scent but still pretty good and worth having. Worth mentioning DHI is the better performer.

im going to have to pickup a bottle of that valentino uomo intense, as i own a preformulation bottle of DHI and preformulation of DHP, and love both of those, but every spray hurts me to see precious juice go.away forever ,maybe valentino can fill that iris itch i ❤️.
As far as I know Uomo is no more in production, the bottles in the market is the last bottles to be sold, contacted the Company to make sure it’s not a side talk, and they confirmed that they’re not producing it anymore, so every ml of Valentino Uomo now is priceless as well 👌🏻

I think you said you dont really like oldschool scents, but I would really like for you to look at some of the Penhaligon scents. Personally they really interest me and its rly hard to test them in germany and they are a bit to expensive to blind buy.

For me it’s the Valentino even though it’s harder to find and more expensive than the Dior in my country.

I don't like this dna, but if I had to pick between the 2 I think valentino is smoother, creamier and sexier and has the much better dry down
