I love Valentino Uomo Intense. It’s definitely iris forward but it gets really powdery on me as it dries down. Projection is a little more reserved but I like that for a daytime or office safe fragrance.

I own and love it and my wife loves it on me. Definitely not a skin scent on me. Not a projection monster but it leaves a good sillage and other people can detect it hours later. Do a full review. And get your nose on the Noir Absolu version. It's beautiful!

Love this style of review where you come back after some time has gone by wish I’d see more like this. Even though I’ve heard good things about this fragrance if it only last 4-5 hours on skin i would pass because there are so many great fragrances that last way longer on skin and some are much less money like both scentstory 24 gold and the oud edition. I never had the chance to smell DHI but spraying uomo intense for the first time i got alot of Iris and a creamy/powdery vibe. That Iris - lipstick note was pretty prominent.
It's a decent frag. Something in the opening kinda puts me off..(maybe the iris) but it settles into a more pleasant scent after a short while. I think it's better worn around the Winter time.
own a bottle. it goes well with a put together outfit maybe suit & tie. my nose goes blind to the scent but when sprayed on clothes it lasts long and is picked by ppl. pleasant formal scent that knows it isn't trying too much. looking forward to your review on Dior homme parfum

Tiff.. you have a very mature 1980s vibe. Classy/classic, sophisticated very reserved. Gon' head enjoy the fruits of your labor. I get a Berkeley/Julliard school of the arts vibe from you as well. As young as you are very refreshing to see refined woman that knows what she likes. I think it's very attractive. You are very pretty. You do it naturally. Hi Tiff. Thanx for this vid. Interesting ‘cus I actually tried this awhile ago and found it to be a really good candidate. Why’s it that many good perfumes lack longevity? Talking D&G The One, CH Men amongst others.The long lasting ones are often quite harsh and stingy. This is definitely a good fragrance. Bless 👍.
I'm with ya about the unboxing part of videos. Feel it really doesn't serve a point unless you're using the box as a point of presentation. However as BBB says it's about the juice that matters and there's other points that matter more than boxes anyway.
Please do a full review. I just got it about two weeks ago. Like you I thought it wore kind of light for an “intense” scent. But, I picked up a shirt out of the hamper to wash it and I could still smell it. I don’t like particularly wearing fragrances on my clothes either tho.

I've tried it and absolutely love it! You should also check out the female version, would love to hear your views on it Tiff! You're awesome! I think it is somewhat similar to Prada L'homme. I do think this is long lasting, even though I have oily skin and perfumes don't last as long, so I have to re apply. Would also appreciate if you can share some recommendations for high elevation perfumes/ colognes because I'm in Colorado! Thank you!

Went into Bloomingdale's today and tried Uomo Noir Absolu. I think Noir Absolu is far smoother. Intense is good but, I now prefer Noir Absolu.
