I got the k10 what do I need to hook up lights like you with everything still stock? The transmitter that came with it don’t say if it’s 2 channel but I checked online and it says it is but I don’t see anything to switch from channel 1 or 2? Is the bind button the switch between the 2
@@Smodlee Wow it comes stock with the light buckets now? I'm envious. For the stock transmitter/receiver, you won't be able to toggle it on/off if it doesn't have a 3rd channel. You would also need a harness to send the signal to turn the light on/off (I used the HeyOK Light Switch linked in the description). You could however plug the LEDs into your receiver's channel 3 slot if it has one (I honestly don't remember what the stock spektrum receiver has) and it will be on full-time whenever you turn on the truck.
Ya it has one slot left with says aux? I don’t mind the lights being on all the time and if I have to I’ll just unplug it.what would I need now if I want to have the lights be on at all times?
I think the housing kept them in place, but I don't remember as it's been a while. I did not use shoe goo for the lenses though, only for the bucket housing.
Thanks for watching. Not sure about JB Weld, but I used Shoe goo because it can go on thick and has some gel like qualities that helps me spread it around the edges like working with caulking.
Wow I just got my truck today and it already has light buckets
Which one did you get? I think the newer Suburban comes with light buckets, as does the Ford F100.

@@Smodlee Yeah, just get some LEDs that has the correct JST plug to go into that last receiver slot.
