Excellent video bro! I liked that part about running a bigger single over compounds on high hp applications to save your lower end. Lot of folks over look that and just slap compounds on running 1k hp on stock bottom end and bye bye haha. Keep em up bro!
I hear that. My day job is trucking so I’m only home on weekends and trying to fix up my new to me 05 6.0 PS that I got. 20k on new motor and it’s bulletproofed.
This was very helpful I’m running 250/100 hybrids KDD o ringed heads their stage 2 cam bigger billet HPOP Odog stage 3 intake big tune FASS fuel bunch of other stuff KC stage 3 turbo it’s time for a bigger turbo I’m going to look at the s369sxe. I do little to no pulling with the truck
Kc stage 2 turbo, holder 190/30 premiums, blessed ecobeast custom tune, PSP oringed heads, arp studs, egr delete, 4" exhaust/DP, no limit fab intake, sinister diesel hexagon intake horn and charge pipes, fass 125 lift pump, what would you guess it has for rwhp? My guess is 530-560 and on my TSD hot tunes probably closer to 580-600? Thoughts? Also just found your channel man it's 🔥 definitely underrated RUclipsr
Pretty new to the diesel setup. I have 190/75 warren diesel in mine and I’m trying to understand what the 75 is . I mean you have 190/50’s 190/75’s what is the second number. Sorry for the stupid question. Thanks for the good content on your videos.
Hi So curious how much hp can stock rods handle with arp rod bolts? And the 2.8 - 3.2 hp is estimated at flywheel correct? And how much hp can the crank handel with arp main studs? Does anyone make aftermarket crank? Thanks
I made over 900 on stock rods with bolts. Yes that is estimated at the fly wheel. Stock cranks have been over 1900hp so there is no real need to an aftermarket, last time I heard of an aftermarket crank the guy was only willing to build them if he had a minimum order of 5 and they were over 5k per crank.
Awesome channel man ! Love the content. I'm studded deleted with KC stage 1-10 blade, S&B air intake and 4" exhaust . Love to tow heavey but still hot dog ever now and then. Running the act with looney tunes. I plan on 155/stock. Do you think I would benefit from the SR2 intake and BD exhaust manifolds? I'd like a bit faster spool. Seems like I have a bit of lag and definitely doesn't run clean. I think I need some better tuning since I dont know what the truck is tuned for from the previous owner
Personally I have never ran a KC Turbo but Charlie Fish is very good at what he does and I can honestly say you wouldn’t be making a mistake but purchasing from him. #kcturboftw 💪🏼
I’m looking for around 600, setup is going to be 175/30 injectors, air dog 165, and ive been thinking about the smeding s300 kit. If not the s300 kit I’m going kc stage 2 Any thoughts?

Thanks bro! It’s definitely something that is over looked but with the proper turbo sizing you can make strong running/driving applications!

So what would u prefer the 369 setup or the 467 with the 250/100s?
Personally I prefer a S400 series turbo!

So your injectors are rated in CCs of fuel and percentage of nozzle over stock so 190/75 are 190cc/75% over stock nozzle.

Did you end up buying manifolds with wastegates or did you weld them on to the up pipes
Did you end up welding the waste gates to the uppipes? or did you buy premade manifolds or uppipes that already had them.

What heads are you running?
I run KDD Aluminum heads on the green truck. My Race truck will more than likely have different heads but they will also be aluminum.
I’m looking into doing a sxe 369 t4 kit for my 05 6.0 and it’ll have 205/100s, what fuel will that require to run good?
Again, I would recommend 250/100 hybrids for a 369sxe that would be a killer setup.
