I've done archery for almost 7 years, and honestly I can say it is one of the most respectful sports I've seen. Every competition I go to, there is always so much generosity. Last year I was shooting for state when all the sudden my fiber optic in my sight got pulled out. I had fifteen minutes to come up with something or I was screwed. One of my opponents on her off round of shooting would try and help, eventually she called over her dad who had some stickers and we used a little black one to help. Yes we can be competitive, but in the end we understand how hard each other has worked, and we build them up as if we are one giant team. Even the pros are so respectful and caring when it comes to someone they're shooting against.
The soccer player that purposely missed the penalty kick is so respectful, as a soccer player I know that none of the people I play with on my select teams would do that

He starred in a mockumentary "7 Days of Hell" , based on the match between Borg and Macenroe (idk how to spell it) , I think the title says enough.
Mad respect for the archer giving his opponent another chance
I literally am like very impressed of how much action of kindness they give.

In a competition, win or lose is not what matters. It's each other's participation. We compete to have fun, not to have more enemies.

Learning a sport isn't just getting fit and winning. It's learning respect.
These are the videos that should be shown. Not those full of hate, anger, and negativity. Thank you so much for making it. Made my day.
Christiano Ronaldo’s personality is just so kind and so humble I rly rly love him so much
*Interrupting doesn't make me want to go to one of your restaurants, McDonald's!*
They haven't caught on yet
But it does to some people
Recently I make it a point to note the ad and take my business elsewhere.
I work at McDonald’s. I don’t need ads to not wanna eat there. I just need to cook the food.
Only perk of living in iceland way fewer ads i didnt get a single one
Such sportsmanship deserve medals. They’re amazing examples to how we should all be.
Me who lives in Canada is like “wait, this isn’t how everybody acts all the time?”
Eh
ahaha
Well....
Um....
Fact😭😭
Okay helping that girl get her hair out of the costume wasn’t kindness. It was the dude trying to salvage the performance.
HE WAS SNATCHING HER WEAVEEEEEE
i thought that too
Well I mean he was trying to salvage the performance for the both of them. Yeah, I mean it wasn't exactly "kindness" but like still
U
I thought the exact same. Unless they changed figure skating into a full contact death match sport and we didn't get the news.
*CHESS: Magnus Carlsen intentionally resigned (lost intentionally) his game in an online chess tournament against Ding Liren after Ding had an internet disconnection in their previous game.*
Yaa I have seen 😄
There is a also a football game where a team purplosely owngoaled after the referee marked one of the opposong teams goals was considered invalid, even tho it was fine
These videos remind me of my childhood.
I was the pitcher for my schools soft ball team.
One time the ball went straight into my knee, I had to wear a leg wrap for a few months
And couldn’t play anymore .
Softball was everything to me in public school.
A few teammates wore the same wraps on there legs for me while they played
For the rest of the season.
It was my graduation year so it really sucked for me but i cried when i saw what they were doing for me.

I'm used to be an athlete and it's so heart warming to see good players showing respect to each other like it's such in importante thing to do and honestly I cried ❤️😭
It's so nice to see people being nice.
There was a time where a girls hijab fell off during a game and team mates from both teams stood around her to hide her so she could get it back on correctly and that was very sweet :)
Aww
Wait- that’s actually really beautiful

man, this was definitely some heartwarming stuff........it also made me remember how much i appreciate women's volleyball.
Isn’t that just basic human kindness? We really have a problem if it isn’t...
Sadly, kindness is rare
Yes and eventhough it's normal to be kind we need to see this to remind ourselves that these acts of kindness is actually part of normal behavior
For example in my work my boss tells me I'm very customer friendly while for me it's normal how I behave and act with customers... people aren't used to that anymore
That's what I said in a previous comment. Some of these clips are not that extraordinary. Just common courtesy so not that big of a deal. I still enjoy them though.
I’m barely mean to anyone. I guess my personality is rare :(
i agree, but in competitive sports it seems rare. Because of the desire to win

Kindness can be shown in many forms and I’ve never seen something very touching than this in my life, celebs going out of there way and their lives to support others

The girl got her hair stuck on the boy's skating costume! Apparently they then proceeded to not miss a single element of their routine, so that's pretty beautiful in my opinion
