It depends on your driving habits. If you mostly drive on the highway you don't need HM oil right away. If you mostly a city driver which consider servere driving conditions HM oil is a must because city driving, short trips and stop and go traffic cause wear and tear and oil viscosity degrade faster especially in hot weather. HM have more ester base than regular oil, HM oil have more cleansing detergent and it prevent future leaks and oil seals drying up and getting hard.

NEVER use high mileage oils, reason being they can cause cars to leak. The oil you are used to putting into ur car continue that for the life of the car.

Penzoil was the second best oil besides Amsoil he tested. It was utra platinum that came in second though
