Strongly recommend adding a bit of muster and turmeric too! Mustard can be ground or a nice Dijon, and go easy on the turmeric, as it can overpower other flavors easily. SO good.

i haven’t seen anyone in the comments give a review on this so here’s mine: lemme just say, if you’re hesitant to try this recipe, don’t be! go for it! it’s so good. when i was tasting the cheese sauce i couldn’t believe how well all the ingredients mimicked cheese. i followed the steps quite the same except i added creole seasoning to mine (don’t be afraid to add your preferred seasonings) i also sprinkled the top with vegan cheese and i set the mac and cheese in the oven for 350 degrees for 45 minutes. it was really good. this is wayyyyy better than any other vegan mac and cheese i’ve tried to follow before. props to you tabitha 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
