I used parchment paper under the aluminum foil and that prevented the cheese from sticking and it was awesome!
Two bags of Violife cheese was equaled to 4 cups. Each bag was a eight 1/4 cup servings which equals two cups per bag.
Lord…she done doubled the recipe then!! It definitely came out thick and creamy though.
Tried this tonight and it was 🔥!! I only used 3 cups of noodles and 3 cups of cheese with no half n half and it was still great!!! Thanks for sharing recipe!

Not chicken bouillon
Avacado oil
Salt
Half stick of butter
Cheese sauce:
Half cup of butter
4 tablespoons of flour
2 cups cream
1 cup almond milk
Salt pepper paprika garlic powder onion powder
1/2 cup Vegan sour cream
4 cups cheese
Violife cheese
Follow your heart cheese
So delicious cheese
Heat the oven 375 and bake
Top with violife Colby Jack cheese
Top with Italian season (optional)
Bake covered or uncovered

Lil tip for those foil pan is to sit them on a cookie sheet before baking so the pan's don't bend and create a mess lol

I’ve found that in using his recipes you have to cut them in half if you aren’t cooking for a large gathering, if you cooking for 1 or 2 you will always have excess

Okay, okay.. so what coulddd be omitted in this but not necessarily take away from flavor or texture.. between the half & half/whipping cream, cream cheese and sour cream? If I was being budget friendly which would you say are really necessary?
you can take out the sour cream, I just made this past Saturday and I just used the milk, half and half, and 8oz cream cheese

I'm glad it came out well because Darius cannot cook and he be scamming. He must have stole this from someone who knew what they were doing.
But as for the amount of cheese, you really want to measure it out. That's 8 ounces by weight, not volume. Regular dairy cheese has about 1.5 - 2 cups of cheese per 8 ounce bag and I'm sure vegan cheese has a different weight. But that would have been about 2 or 3 extra cups of dairy cheese and that's why it was so thick when you added them in. You also want to dilute that Heavy Whipping cream for the half and half. Either use half as much or use 3 parts heavy cream to 1 part almond milk for the same consistency. It has more fat than half and half so it made it thicker and faster, too.
i thought about the math AFTER this video. I def will go down to 3 bags. The rest of your comment went over my head because i flunked math and therefore is why i dont bake.

Oh no! Maybe try another brand and make sure its tightly sealed. or go ahead and help it melt in the pot first by making a sauce
A U.S. measuring cup is 8 FLUID ounces. Those packages were 8 ounces by weight. If you had used the measuring cup then each of those packages looked like they might have been 2 cups each. So yeah, I think you used double the cheese that the recipe called for lol
Yes I just checked it and 1 U.S. cup of vegan cheese would be 4 ounces by weight.
