“Have the most amazing day. But if you can’t have a good one, don’t you dare go messing up somebody else’s!”
ScrapperK a word!
Immediately after she said that, I saw this post. That stuck with me. I am going to use that.
I love that ending too!! She just makes me feel safe and happy. Thank you Tabitha lol
That's it!
👂!
Does anyone else love when she says “honey that’s your business”
Shes my new fav!!!!
Yesss! I don't know what it is, but that particular phrase just makes me smile :-D
Love it, was going to post that as a comment.
Very comforting
Tiamichelle24 yessss hunni that saying gives me life
She has a sweet & genuine spirit & God’s favor is all over her!
Yes, it is!
And her voice is like silk. Her hair...oh God! She's a ray of sunshine.
With an infectious smile!
Gods Favor is on everyone even u Tap into it
Great Experience I had with u Dr Osunmeh
RUclips Channel. After using your herbal medication as
prescribed by you, My Herpes Disease became a thing
of the past. All thanks to u Dr Osunmeh channel .
I had PCOS for YEARS and was told I wouldn’t be able to have a child or that I would need help and potentially couldn’t support a child. I changed my entire diet/lifestyle. I went pescatarian, cut out all processed foods/drinks, sugars, etc. I love food and still enjoyed all the meals I was eating! About a year later I was down about 30 pounds, my periods were regulating and my cysts were barely there & wouldn’t be as painful either (without working out-just walking pretty much daily) & am now 4 & 1/2 months pregnant & the baby and myself are perfectly healthy🥰
Blessings 💐💐
Blessings to you and your new journey of health and pregnancy!
Oh my goodness !!! Thank you soooooo much for sharing your story !!! I can't even tell you how much it meant to me to read this !!! God bless you !!
Wow thank you so so much for sharing this, I have tears in my eyes! It is just that simple! God intended us to eat healthy and he provided all the goods for our bodies!!!
Awesome. Hru now? And, your baby? I hope you're getting sleep! 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽🙂
“Disease are not hereditary, we eat the same thing, causing the same disease”
🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Dae B. That’s one thing that isn’t true. My illness are something I was actually born with and got worse over time yet I’m vegan. Not every illness is food related.
@@huriye161 Her wording could have been better. However, besides actual illnesses like yours, it does make sense for everyone to contract the same disease based on food. There would be a hint of heridtary in it, and that's the predisposition.
Some of the commenters think hereditary and congenital mean the same thing. They don’t.
@@huriye161 she's clearly talking about diseases like diabetes and heart disease that people claim run un their family when what really runs in the family is poor meal choices.... however being born with something doesn't undermine what she said btw look up epigenetics. Genes can be turned on and off your mothers life style choices including food effect your genetics.
a lot of "hereditary diseases" are actually multifactorial in manifestation - you may have a predisposition because of your family's genes or race/ethnicity, but as long as you are living a healthy lifestyle, you may not even develop the disease; and even if you do, it may be much easier to control with a healthy lifestyle rather than an unhealthy one.
I became vegan 11yrs ago! When I came down with cervical cancer, I had less than a year to live..... Well I'm still here and still plant base vegan❤❤❤ that's my business😊

After discovering Tabitha Brown 2 months ago, I decided to try a plant-based diet and I'm so glad I did. I've seen changes in my overall health almost immediately. I no longer have to take high blood pressure medicines, I sleep through the night, I have more energy, I no longer wake up feel nauseous, I no longer have excessive swelling in my ankles, I'm not blotted all the time and I feel like I've regained control over my health/life. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself. Tabitha Brown is such an inspiration to so many!
Screen shot your post sis to keep me motivated because that’s the end game for me to come off of my blood pressure meds. I’ve already stopped eating meat for four years now but it’s more that I can do so Tab has motivated me as well🥰
So happy for you ❤️
Great experience doc, you are a God'sent Dr Ebhariagbe, keep up the good work, I am completely free from HSV ..
Kudos to you queen
Ever since I went vegan, life has changed for the worst. It's been 7 months. I can't sleep. I am dizzy and tired all the time. I no longer go out. I'm depressed. I cry all the time. My cycle is super heavy and I have severe pain.
This was never the case until I became vegan. I don't share to be a downer, but to let people know results may vary. The changes are not always positive. I don't know how much longer I can do this. I am on probation at work for attendance issues due to all the times in had to call in because of all of this.
Just to add that Tabitha had a quick improvement from going vegan, I didn't and after 3 months I quit........However I later came back to it (for the animals not for health) and this time it DID turn my health round, but it took 6 months, so if you're not sure if its' working, don't give up, your breakthrough could be just round the corner. :)
Yeah, poor animals.
Same, I tried vegan 2-3 years ago and it didn't help. In fact, I felt worse. So, I came back around to it but chose to go whole food vegan. So much better already.
So, if veganism doesn't work then don't give up. Just reassess what is still an issue. In my case my prior vegan attempt meant a lot of premade vegan food and vegan junk food. (Fries are vegan!) Now I have a few rules for premade stuff - no added oil or sugar, sodium in mg has to be equal to or less than calories per serving, can I buy most of these ingredients individually at the grocery store? Every meal contains a whole grain (millet is amazing if you're hungry all the time), beans, greens, at least one other veggie. My fats and sugars come from whole food sources. It helped so much this time around.
a lot of Vegans (before going Vegan have gut issues), giving up Dairy helps them a lot, but changing to lots of fibre and plant foods can irritate and already compromised gut... once the gut is strong and healthy again you'll thrive.. long term vegans are the ones with healthy guts..
well done :)
Yes same here. For me it was because I was indulging in vegan junk food. Everything I made was yummy but not the healthiest. Now that i am eating healthy whole food vegan wow my taste buds have really changed and I appreciate the flavor of healthier foods. I always did it for the animals but it bummed me I gained weight and felt worse. I wanted to be a poster child for veganism.Common sense told me the chips, cookies and high fat vegan foods were the real issue. Easy fix.
An important component people tend to forget: the animals. I just hope Tab is also vegan for the animals.
Her voice feels like a gentle hug 💕
Yes it does!!!!!💜💜💜💜
Facts...given by a southern aunty
.......and a baby pat on the back.
You described it perfectly
Ohhhhh yes. Great analogy 😊💛
If the food net work don’t give Auntie a show!
Yep... it's time the Food Network had a vegan show; and she already has a HUGE built-in fan base.
Yes. She deserves it. Just love her. Makes me feel comfortable and excited about being vegan.🥰🥰
Right!🙌🏿
I think she has a great self brand bigger than the Food Network
I totally agree! I'd love if she could have a Food Network show! Unfortunately, I read somewhere how unlikely it is that the Food Network would have a vegan show because they accept a lot of money from meat and dairy companies for advertisements. :(
"Don't judge, you can be against it, but don't judge." Love this quote.
Is it ok to judge racists, child molesters or people beating their wife etc? Or should you only be against it? Just curious! Or is this mostly applicable to veganism?
I look at being vegan in a whole different light because of Her. Tabitha is changing the world with just being herself
Yes she is Kesha. She’s a real blessing.
She’s a great representative for people to go vegan.
@Miss Isle I think you're a bit triggered. She says she's a great rep for people to turn vegan because she's not the type to be so judgemental towards those who aren't. She makes it so enjoyable that you can see yourself changing your diet for the sake of your health. And she can definitely be a spokesperson for veganism. You know why? Cuz that's her business. Plus anyone thinking about changing their diet should do their OWN research so they can decide whether that's the route they want to take.
@Miss Isle How about you create a channel for yourself to debunk these things then. It's all about your approach and how you comin. Your approach is giving information, but it's also judgemental ("a retired rich person is not a good example" Huh?). People reading your comments probably won't think twice about them. All Tab is doing is showing her journey. She doesn't say it's for everyone, but at the moment it works for her.
@Miss Isle You may not had the intentions to sound judgemental, but that's how it came off. I understand that sometimes people only pay attention to the hype and fail to ask the tough questions, but ignorance is no excuse. That's why I recommended you share your own journey. What if people in the vegan community and those thinking about switching their diet sees that?
YESSSS she definitely needs a show!! She is funny and all kinds of AWESOME!! And beautiful
@Miss Isle she already stated multiple times in the video she's a new vegan, you don't have to follow someone who's been vegan for a decade to know things can work. Like she said it took her 10 days to see a difference. Most people change things in their life when they fall to bits...its normal and seen often. She's a good representation because she said she didn't know why people went vegan, she tried it to see if it worked for her, she tried to get her family to do it and realized its not about everyone its her personal decision to make her feel better.
She's vegan cuz that's her business!
Lol❤️

@Indigogoddess1111 Stevens AMEN!!! Gheesh!🤦🏾♀️
a lot of vegans i meet keep telling me things like ‘you’re gonna die’ or try to tell me stories and that led me to hate the word ‘vegan’ because i just related it to all those negatives. she really is a pearl.
Veganism is a man made diet and it is also a starvation diet. It is a Syrian refugee diet and anyone in those camps would kill to eat animal protein
Please you guys pray for me I'm here because every day I wake up I feel like death! I know you guys don't know me but I thank you in advance looking at Tabitha's video is inspiring me because I have pain all over my body fibromyalgia and I have to change my lifestyle. God Bless everyone

I went vegan for the ethics about six months ago but it's reversed so many of my multiple sclerosis symptoms, too! On top of that my vision is better, my weight doesn't fluctuate like it used to, and my skin is clear and healthy looking. I'm also growing new hair in spots that had become thin. I was very frizzy on the top for a few months. I am loving my new lifestyle. 🤩
This is giving me hope. Been given a really bad back diagnosis and hoping it will help
I had Multiple Sclerosis too and I chose to eat healthy too and haven't stuck a needle in me since 2018 and I give ALL glory to God!! I still eat baked chicken and baked fish sometimes though!
Hiya, could I just ask you something please? For those of you with MS, do you still cook with oil? And also limit your fat intake? Or do you just practice veganisn/eating plant based and that alone turned your health around? (I know alot of ppl with MS avoid oil and limit their fat intake but that's a very difficult existence so I'm wondering if you can get good results without doing that). Many thanks 🙂
@@StrangestofDays hello! For my part, I still use oil for pan frying and other stuff. Avocado and olive oil mostly though I also use full fat coconut cream when I'm making something like pumpkin pie or whipped cream that's supposed to be indulgent. I don't see myself as having given up much at all, probably because it feels like I've gained more than I've lost. Had vegan cheeseburgers with baked fries last night, sautéed onions and mushrooms, the works.
I have MS as well! Thank you for sharing. I think I need to try this.
She come off as gentle, honest, and lovable. After watching her, she really encouraged me to try this out..no judgement zone.

I have been vegan for 2 1/2 years now, before that I used to work at a pizza company and ate really bad. Tried it for 30 days and felt so much energy after I would eat! I kept with it because I genuinely felt better while eating that way. Also my parents friends, a married couple, both had cancer and one was told it was terminal. Together they changed their diet and recovered from it! They both swear to this day it's because they became vegan.
Tabitha is so warm, she's like America's mom. And so welcoming makes my day.
Stop putting weird labels on other people. She is more than that.
She is. My mom has been following her for awhile now
“If you happen to slip up, don’t beat yourself up over it: relax. It’s okay honey; it’s day by day.” 🥺
Why am I crying, this is the encouragement I’ve needed my entire life 😭
Felt the same way! It feels so good to hear someone genuinely say those things 💜
"And we need to judge less and love more" 🥺

Sidne Shipman I love her lol
GarudaLegends why would you say that? I have been vegetarian for 10 years. I don’t desire meat. I’m sure she don’t either.
So do you eat egg, eat real cheese, or drink animal matter?
Brown vegan in the house! Holler at me girl! 6 years now! and loving it!!!!! You are so infectious I tell you! Oh I mean positive aura!!!!!
My daughter introduced me to the Vegan diet a few years back and it is a game changer. It will literally stop the aging process as well as improve your health. Although I still eat meat from time to time it is very frugal and in very small portions. May God continue to bless you 🙏
Glad she found something that works for her! I love at the end when she said "have a good day and even if you can't don't go messing up someone else's day"
Yes that tickled me!
I can’t get over how PRETTY Tabitha is and she has such a beautiful spirit. Love her!
YES! It's why she married and still married after 22 years. I hope to be able to demonstrate some of her spirit.
I’m loving her short hair pics too. She has such a beautiful face
Her voice is so comforting and she's so pretty!!!
Completely agree. She could easily be one of the faces of a national plant-based lifestyle.

100% plus her accent is lovely 🥰
Inside and out.. Beautiful soul.
You are absolutely correct about the “What the Health” documentary. Life changing. It saved me after being diagnosed with MS. Now seven years later and medication free 🙏🏽 I couldn’t be happier!
good film
Hiya, could I just ask you something please? Do you still cook with oil? And also limit your fat intake? Or do you just eat plant based? (I know about of ppl with MS avoid oil and limit their fat intake). Many thanks 🙂
WHOA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s Amazing!
Yes! Its because of that documentary I don't eat pork to this day and I'm so much better off for it.
I am so encouraged about this. I have diabetes in my family on both sides so badly and my doctor told me it would be inevitable for me to get it. The devil is a liar! I have been eating healthier and my goal is to do even more for me and my family. I know my WHY, my WHY is my life. I want to live long and healthy. I want to see my kids grow up, get married and have their own kids. That is my WHY and trying this vegan lifestyle may be my next step. Thank you Tabitha! I always enjoy watching you and your husband. God bless!

I have been in so much pain over the years....I have been considering trying veganism was afraid. But dying is more scary. Thank you for this video!
@medicalmedium I've lost count of the things I've healed from following quite a few of his protocols! Look around on over there, he provides very informative information. Example: eggs are considered what they call a "TROUBLEMAKER" food! He lists tons of things to contribute to getting your LIFE back. Happy Healing To You!
Never fear death, it is the graduation from this life.
Same. The pain meds aren’t working anymore and nothing helps but prednisone. Looking forwarding to being pain free and feeling like myself again.
If you are a believer in Christ Jesus, you should not fear death. For God did not give us the spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind. Death for a follower of Jesus is the beginning of eternal life.
I love how she also preaches staying away from processed food because that’s the biggest issue in my opinion
I agree..that is why so many think it is so expensive. Plus processed vegans foods have all kinds of junk in them.
i mean... the biggest issue is probs the Animal exploitation part...
@@justroberto5052 but healthwise is the biggest issue. Animal exploitation is very horrible tho - I kinda wonder if we can open up jobs to better people idk
it's really difficult to be vegan without any processed foods. not only does it make life easier, but you can replicate your favorite foods with it. the reality is, most people who are vegan will end up buying processed foods because you would get bored of the diet otherwise long term.
Alex Netherton I know a vegan that eats Oreos like crazy😭
PROTECT THIS WOMAN AT ALL COSTS SHE IS A TREASURE 😭❤️
I went vegan 4 years ago this month because I was having so much pain from osteo arthritis, decades of pain getting worse every year. After about one month I noticed that the pain was dialed back by about 80%! Now I'm so glad to be vegan and, although I did it for my health, not the animals, I'm also happy that it helps the animals in a small way at least. And that's my business...
She has such a beautiful Aura! I've been vegan for almost 5 years.... no more high cholesterol, constipation, insomnia, fatigue and fatty liver disease. And I've lost a lot of weight and feel Amazing! Thanks for such an inspiring video.

My mom had stage 4 colon cancer , is did chemo for a while and even got two tumor removed and wasn't feeling better till she read about better eating , and that when she went vegatrain and almost month in ( this is kinda uncomfortable) but she was able to pass stool much easier and then she decided she would try veganism and 1,5 year later she was almost cancer free and when asked what saved her life she says veganism was the main thing and mindfulness it's been 5 years and she's cancer free , of course the cancer did damage her colon so she does need medicine to help pass stool but tbeing vegan definitely decrease the amount of medicine she needs to take , so proud of mom for fighting this her way
♥️♥️♥️♥️
I am happy to hear that your mom is doing better. You should look into kangen water. Its an alkalized water that has helped some people I know with healing from cancer just though id pass it along
@@smileymileys100 Kangen water is man-made, artificially alkaline. Not great. A naturally alkaline water is better. Some like Fiji water.
That’s beautiful! I am so happy for your mom! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Olivia, research essential oils( preferably Florihana and Doterra, all brands cannot be consumed) and research which ones will heal the colon. I healed myself of chronic fatigue as well; with the use of oils, being vegan etc. one of my staples is helichrysum...please check this out!! I've had the same resting headache in the back of my head along with dizziness for 6 months and my dad also died of ALS at 50 in 2011. I don't think this is a coincidence at all, I'm gonna try to go vegan. Thanks for the inspiration.
Alva Torres I used to have those headaches/migraines so bad as well. - Found our how animals were treated, something clicked and I felt wrong supporting the death of innocent beings. Even if they live a ‘good life’ it’s almost like I felt and tasted the fear they had before dying. I was raised religious and so naturally, my mom said she’d pray for me at her Bible study. I thanked her, decided to see if there was any Bible verses I could remember about not eating certain foods since I still in someway believe we need to treat our bodies like a temple. Genesis 1:28-30 talks about garden of eden and how we have fruits and seeds for our food, when she came home? I told her I felt so sick and didn’t want to eat animals anymore. She said, ‘in the end, that’s your choice.’ She went vegetarian for 2 years, mostly plant based after learning for herself. - Headaches and migraines went away within a WEEK. Had lasted 4 years. Now I’ve been vegan (for animals and planet, added health now) since September 2016 and I still get headaches or migraines when stressed, but, never are they for months on end. - Have a beautiful day ahead and I hope you feel better soon!

I just recently found Tabitha Brown. I love her energy. I want to emulate it.
Yeah, she’s a great person to copy imo!
Wow, your story is mine from start to finish, with the illnesses, wow . They diagnosed me with Chiari Malformation two years ago when I started getting chronic fatigued, dizzy, body aches, panic and anxiety attacks, blurry vision and ect.
If my math teachers voice had been this soothing when I was in high school, I would've been a physicist by now
I would've gone beyond basic math 🤣
"What is your 'why'?
If your 'why' is true to you you'll stick to it."
That's my biggest takeaway. Vegan or not.
*This.* I don't think I've come across a truer statement. Before going vegan, when I would try to eat healthy to lose weight, I would just always find my self giving in to temptations. But after learning how bad the animal agriculture industry is for the environment, I decided I *had* to go vegan. No ifs, ands, or buts. Ever since then, I have not had any meat and kept dairy intake to a minimum, even though I live with family members who do eat meat. Sometimes it is tempting, but I just look at it and am reminded of why I went vegan and I've never looked back.
@hello Tf is your problem? I was not even replying to you. I was replying to the origional commenter. There was no need to be rude.
@hello You don't care yet you're still replying? 🤔 I'm sorry, I'm having a hard time understanding why you are angry?
@hello Oh, okay. You trying to be funny. I don't know why it took me so long to realize you are a troll lmao. Good day ✌
@Anna M. Oh no, it's fine 😂 lol. I'm not offended. They were just trolling. Pay them no mind.
So glad I found you! 2022 will be an adventure for a foodie like me! Thanks for telling your story...powerful testimony!
I loved watching your video! You have a very calming voice and your so funny! Thank you for posting! I’m 5 days in with hypothyroidism hoping to heal. You’re video was very inspirational thank you!!
I met Ms Brown last year (2019) at the Vegan Soul Fest in Charlotte, NC...she was soo Nice...The same way she is in this video is the same way she acts live...She is sooo Sweet!!
I'm so mad I missed it. I'm from the QC
@@RoseyBlu I ate sooo good there!! I hope they have it again....if not this Summer then Next Summer 2021
Jerry Williams ugh 😑 I’m jealous you met her lol!!! So happy you both experienced the energy.
Omg I'm from Charlotte and didn't know that was a thing
She’s literally the person I go to watch when I have panic attacks idk why but her videos just get rid of it
Me too!!
She just has that calm, mom-like, spirit.
Tabitha is a blessing God has a plan for her and He is using her to bless others i love her too
It's because of the calm and peace she has! Natural anxiety cure. I struggled with anxiety for years. I learned to stay in a positive environment (food, people, places) good vibes only, no meds needed it works! The minute I'm around negative, complaining people or watching something gloomy or has no positivity sure enuf that old anxiety comes back...NO COINCIDENCE!!
@kabadanke YESSSSS!!!!
Thank you so much for this, recommended by Rose from CheapLazyVegan and I’m glad I checked you out. My blood result showed high cholesterol and I’m seriously thinking of going vegan. Really appreciate your testimony 🥰
I came across this exactly when I needed to hear it. Thank you, you beautiful soul ❤
i kept saying “yes ma’am” after everything she said 🥺 what a gem
Gabrielle Artis me too🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
I want to be friends with her so bad.. She radiates positive and humorous energy!
Jenn Nguyen I say the same thing!!!!!
Jenn Nguyen was legit gonna say the same thing lol
I can see why!
Love your down to earth-full-ness, I so love the way you talk..."that's your business." This video is truly inspiring, makes me consider more than ever to at least give a more plant base eating habit a try. Thank you Ms Brown!
Howdy good to see you this evening I been Plant base 6 months love it just checking on you you're inspiring as always God keep us.
Is it me or does this beautiful queen have the most pleasant and calming spirit? Love shines all thru her!
Exactly.. . She is so down to earth...calming and soothing...Love in Action
It's not you! I feel it too. An amazing and well spoken woman!
She really does! Tabitha is amazing Love her!
I love her! She’s awesome
She really does.
"Know your 'why'" is probably the best life advice I've ever been given.
die7fox yes!
It’s across the board for in all life areas
Facts !
Me too!! I had to write that in my journal!
I love her transparency! She’s so sweet 😍
Thank you Tabitha! Just for being so positive and radiant. Thank you for sharing your story. I am in a similar situation and I want to thank you for the encouragement to try something new that can change my life as well. May God continue to bless and keep you and your family! Beautiful!!!
I’m trying to understand the 149 dislikes 🤷🏽♀️ how can you dislike this woman? She is absolutely amazing!
Obviously the carnivores who saw “vegan” in the title but didn’t bother to watch it... but that’s their business 🤣🤷🏼♀️
@@TheVivalakarli Okaaaayyee..., I can't see past free range chicken and beef but I'm loving Ms. Tabitha Brown!!
@@dostergroup You need to see how what free range and beef means, is all marketing, they all did and suffer the same.
@@dgollas Tabitha said it. It's that person's business 🤷🏾♀️. Do your thing and let dostergroup do theirs.
@@gwadinka Things are a bit more complex when there are victims of exploitation involved in doing our thing. I'm not keeping anybody from doing their thing, just spreading knowledge, she as Tabitha does.
She looks younger than on a lot of pictures from the past too.
TheHidalgo99 ikrrr she looks 35 and in her older photos she looks 40-45
Not being in chronic pain definitely helps with that kind of thing. She's really gorgeous.
I've been noticing it about ALLOT of celebrity converts, lately!!! They look, TOTALLY different, in a GREAT way!!!
@TheHidalgo99 That was my main observation. It is amazing!!! She looks Amazing!
I know I was just saying the same thing she looks so much older in the before pictures wow that’s wonderful
I could listen to you talk all day. Someone I'd love to know. Thanks for this, I'm trying to slowly replace my diet with new vegan recipes. I'm loving using my dehydrator to make healthy snacks. I can't wait to change my life too. Thank you. 🥰
I have enjoyed your work over the years and was so excited to see this video. It's very heartwarming and encouraging. I eat a mostly plant based diet and hope to go full vegan by year end. Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring me.
"I'll tell you what's expensive. Your process food!" Amen!
It’s so true!
Mexican vegan here! We're pretty rare too haha. Going vegan was the best thing I've ever done. Hands down. It can be daunting to try it out, but the end result is so worth it.
But black vegans aren't rare..people just tend to look at their own bubble and not look outside of that...on the continent veganisme isn't unheard off
You took her lighthearted comment and made It........ annoying
Yo también! Lol. And I just made a new vegan account on Instagram if you wanna follow :) @laveganacristiana gotta represent the hispanic vegans!!
there’s this place in Cali that serves vegan menudo. i need to try it!
Edit: the restaurant is called Gaucamaya Oasis. it’s on 8826 Imperial Hwy, Downey, CA 90242 they sell all vegan Mexican food
!
kepler ufo that place is so good!!! I had the vegan crunch wrap!! It tasted even better than the one from Taco Bell!!
Love you so much Tabitha Brown! You are such an inspiration for me! I grew up in a rural town too and was also taught to eat whatever is served to you. I've now been vegan though for over 20 years! I love it so much and have shared this way of eating with my family and they've opened up so much to it.
Thank you soooo much for this video. I had a moment but I'm back on track. My WHY is my health and I am fighting for my life slowly but surely and my family's life. I needed this video!
She makes me feel warm inside and I'm now starting a petition to make her president.
I started going vegan and my acne went away like😳
How old were you? I’m interested because my daughter has acne (12)
Cutting out dairy can really help with acne
MrsGinelleO maybe try having her cut back on dairy (and maybe join her).
Anamaria Li Your acne didn’t go away because you went vegan. Your acne went away because you were allergic to something you where eating.
@@HairyBottom i.e. meat dairy and or eggs. Maybe the acnes didn't go away because she is vegan but her contribution to animal abuse and environmental degradation did.
Im so glad you found something that made you feel better and im so glad you decided to share your story with us all! Your videos are very inspiring and fun to watch. I may even consider trying out the 30 day challenge. May God continue to bless you and keep you.
Great content Tabitha! I went vegan about 13 years ago when my adult acne did not go away. Dermatologists kept prescribing antibiotics and a six-month check-up but "you keep eating as usual". Well, I was turning 40 and I had horrible acne, cystic acne. Once I found out it was my horrible eating habits (fast-food, animal proteins, dairy, alcohol, sugar), and I took on a vegan lifestyle, my acne began to disappear. Now I enjoy clear skin and I even came up with a delicious vegan dessert which you can see on my channel. It's a bit high on cals but good!! Great video and gracias again.
“Only white people do it.” 😂😂😂 my mentality too😂😂😂
Have you heard of Trayce McQuirter? She's a dietician who has a program called 10,000 Black Vegan Women where she's specifically helping Black women go plant-based. byanygreensnecessary.com/

I remember watching you, around that time you gave Wendy Williams that Loving response. I watched some of you're Vegan video clips. I was always, so uplifted watching you, but I knew my appetite was too far gone, to curve out meat. I fasted for three days, earlier this year to break free from bad habits. After the fast, I no longer desired to eat meat. I have been free from meat a couple of months, now and I feel like a billion bucks! Thanks, for the encouragement.
Thank you Tabitha so much for sharing your story because I'm having pains head to toe myself. I'm so ready to try a 30 day vegan diet.
