I have all the expensive flagship mice... g pro super logi, viper etc. The 305 is my go to most of the time because of its shape. And I notice no difference in esports from 305 to g pro. perfect weight and shape for me. the price is whats unreal. I will no doubt buy it again if this one goes bad. such a good price. 35 bucks on amazon is a no brainer. 2023 now and still using it.
I disagree with the G305 being uncomfortable for large hands, my hands are 22 cm from tip to palm and I've had no issues with it. I don't have any problems with it, it's been the most solid wireless mouse I've ever used and I'm sticking to it as my daily driver/travel mouse.
Thats awesome! I myself don't have large hands and was only basing my assumptions from other reviews i've seen where they said (ergonomically) the g305 may not be best for larger hands. But definitely another pro for the g305 being accessible to all sizes and grip types!
I think the problem is that people who say it's not for larger hands go from the assumptions that everyone palm grips their mouse. This mouse is made for claw grip and this regardless of hand size, it can be really comfortable~ So it's not really the size that matters. It's the shape~
It's 2023, and let me tell you, this thing is still rocking! I'm absolutely loving the weight and how smoothly it glides across surfaces. Way better than my old MX Master 3, no contest. Definitely one of the best purchases I've made!
2:30 👀Omg your setup is so clean you even got the keyboard cable a nice hole, just perfect. Good review, I'm looking for a white wireless mouse and this one is so clean but as you said ppl with large hands might feel it weird to use and I been playing claw since I got a razer abyssus v2 for so long that I will take a look at the palm grip mices instead. Hope you get the growth on your channel that it deserves 🙏👍
Great video dude, was totally sure it's some 100k+ subs channel. I have g102 lighsync now, really love it, but thinking about changing to g305 because I don't really like wires.
Honestly, this just came on sale over here in the UK for £25 (which is 34USD), and I've been telling friends to get it since it's a steal for that much.
Just nabbed one for just over £25 on Amazon here in the UK. Watching reviews after purchase. Fluke or experience? I'll say experience. Just seen it had the Hero sensor and nabbed it without thinking. Upgrading my £4 rechargeable RGB Wish mouse which did great for six months but, alas, the scrollwheel has a mind of it's own now.
The Katar Pro has similar size and weight but I noticed that it uses a lot more battery than the G305 so you might be changing batteries more often. I personally haven't used the Katar Pro so I can't personally talk about its sensor and if it's any good. But they are around the same price point advertising similar specs.
This is my gaming mouse, and I won't exchange it on the new ones in the market right now. I got a small hand and it fits to my grip, I don't need the hype. It's running on a HERO sensor too, I just need what fits into my hand and the comfort that it offers. I use triple a battery with aluminum foil inside of it just to fit the small battery. TSM Reps of APEX LEGENDS still using this mouse and I am surprise.
Did the G305 stock feet last long enough? What I mean is, were the feet still thick enough to prevent the bottom plastic parts from scraping the mousepad?
I'm not a heavy gamer but I do use the mouse for more than 6 hours a day for over a year now and the mouse feet don't show any wear on them (on a synthetic leather mousepad)
I haven't experienced any double click issue but I know some people experienced it after over a year of use and had to open the mouse to remove dust to fix it.
Is this mouse suitable for 3D modeling like cad, sketchup, revit and so on? I’ll be using mainly for such tasks and looking for a reliable mouse. Would you recommend g304 for such usage.
I'm not too sure what's involved in those tasks but using this mouse I havn't experienced any connectivity issues and the size of the mouse is comfortable (at least for me and my grip style).
I have Logitech G502 hero I didn't like it the size of mouse have to many buttons so I want to replace it do u recommended me to buy g305? Playing battlefield and apex
Hey Ultra, the g305 looks to be alot smaller than the g502 hero. I totally recommend it for smaller hands or people that like to claw or fingertip their mouse. I cant completely recommend it because your playing competitive games, I'd go for the wired version to avoid any latency issues a wireless mouse might have. The wired version of this mouse is the logitech g203 another mouse to check out. BUT if you prefer wireless get the G305!
Ah yes this mouse i had g102 prodigy has been 3 year using it and buy g305 for a test what better 102 or 305 and both are best budged mouse for me but i have 1 problem that this mouse need the superlight weight version that will be perfect remind me about the shape to logitech b100 and g100s the perfect shape for mouse office or gaming for me
I'd say it's a decent gaming mouse but for competitve fps gaming I'd choose a wired mouse to avoid any input lag over wireless connection even if this mouse plays good over wireless.
I mean, I haven't had issues with them. Or reached a point where I felt like I needed to replace them. One drawback to the skates that I found is that they are placed right over the screws so if you ever needed to get into the mouse you'd essentially remove the skates and the majority of adhesion that's on them.
how is it's longevity? is it durable and last long? Personally I just play light gaming basically pubg and looking for something which last long. Any suggestion pls
To this day I still have this mouse. I use it mostly for home and the only wear or tear that I see is the mouse wheel with a bit of grime on it. Nothing a little cleaning will fix.
I mean, especially for the price now($35), I would have no issues buying another when/if mine starts to double click. Already had mine for about 2 years, and no double clicking so far.
in my opinion (i have a g305 for around 1 and a half year) the g305 is good for mods, because the shape of the mouse itself is pure trash, but in the end is just my opinion, great video man
I like a small mouse even though I have long fingers. Even these Logitech ones are a little wide. I'd rather move the mouse around with my fingers rather than moving my wrist or arm.
I got it for 80€ cause i got: G304 k/da edition €50 Esportstiger mousefeet (not written in the title if is the arc1 or 2) €4 3x2 kailh gm8.0 €14 (i thought it will be cheaper) X2 rechargable aaa batteries €10 Aaa to aa adapter €2 All will come in 75 days, i got all from aliexpress, cant wait! Im not gonna mod the switch until it double click
Thanks! After a year its holding up pretty good. I was surprised I only had to change the battery once (used up the first battery it came with and still using the current one that I put in a few months ago). I've heard people having issues with the mouse double clicking after a certain period of time but I have yet to experience that. In terms of wear and tear it has some noticeable "guck" that accumulated on the mouse wheel and in between the side buttons but aside from that it's been a really great mouse and perfect for my hand size.
