Yeah my brother and I would also play this. He would be nearly all the male characters ( he died pretty quickly) and I would be all the females and a few males. Times were so much simpler.And it would be the only thing on our wishlist
To this day, Spyros Adventure remains my absolute favorite game in the franchise. Makes me want to play it again after so many hours poured into Imaginators.
Well, maybe in game continuity, they landed in Africa but went to stores all around the world because they know us Young Portal Masters are their only ticket to heading back to Skylands and to end Kaos
I love these cutscenes. Funny and fascinating cutscenes. Kaos is hilarious and the Core of Light cutscenes are so cool to watch. How they keep adding things to the Core of Light is awesome. The Core of Light cutscenes are my favorite cutscenes in the game.
That and it's a misleading title. "Spyro's Adventure", yet it doesn't even revolve around him. I don't really care about the redesign, I just don't like that Activision used the Spyro name into luring some fans to buying the new franchise. I've played Skylanders and it's an alright game, but it's still schemey for what they did

all of the games are amazing. imaginators let the series down because its the latest one and to me it did not feel like a skylander game to me. this one is my fave of the series. my favourite gaming series of all time
I remember the first games pretty clearly. My brother and I used to play them over and over again, but we kind of got out of it in the later games because there was too many skylanders you had to collect. Still the first few skylanders games will always be one of the best games from my childhood.

I’m 18 now and I watching this because I haven’t played sky landers since year 4 and wanted to rewatch out of nostalgia and I don’t remember it being this funny
Also I've been thinking, these games aren't that bad, do people realize what this could've been, think back to a certain console called hyperscan... It could've been that bad, but there is some love with this, and people keep pissing on it because is "killed off spyro" spyro died long before these games. I should know I'm a veteran spyro player, and I can conclude the day he died was during the legend of spyro series.

Philippe Rossel Spyro made a minor CAMEO, this isn't the spyro series. It's like saying because pac-man appears in the arcade versions of mario kart, it's a pac-man game. Despite what people say, this game still feels like a Spyro game to me. Think about it, the likes of Kaos, Flynn, Hugo, Glumshanks, and the others are very reminiscent of Spyro's villains and side characters (the good ones, anyway)
What was great about the Spyro's was you got something from all 8 elements. By the way, glad you put in the 4 additional levels. Can't wait for Trap Team in October, hopefully Cali will be back to do heroic challenges.
How am I to take Kaos the least bit seriously? Ripto was funny but he had magic to back up his threats, even without his magic he managed to steal a powerful relic using only bombs. But Kaos...is pathetic.
That's kinda the point. He's not supposed to look or sound threatening in his regular form. The final boss of trap team on the other hand... he looks boss.
He may be a little guy, but Kaos has done more than what YOU think. First he destroyed the Core of Light and banished the Skylanders to Earth, then he conquered an ENTIRE Arkeyan army with the Iron Fist of Arkus, then he attempted to evilize all of Skylands using the petrified darkness and Mt. Cloudbreak, a magic volcano that erupts every 100 years to replenish the magic of Skylands, but failed. Then he managed to blow up Cloudcracker Prison, which is made of Traptanium, the most powerful substance in Skylands, and while doing that, he freed the most notorious villains of Skylands. Then he built the Sky Eater, a machine that creates rifts and holes in the sky, so he could feed The Darkness, and destroy Skylands. And lastly, he discovered Mind Magic, and used it to create an army of Doomlanders. I think you're underestimating him, but we all kinda do. He failed every time, except in SuperChargers, where he won at first, but that was until the SuperCharger Skylanders beat him again.
I love the original skylanders such great memories and such a good concept for a game mechanic, they definitely over saturated this series after trap team though it shouldve ended there
Honestly, this game could have been it's own game. But they decided to slap Spyro's name on this and call it a Spyro game. The purple dragon doesn't even look like Spyro, he doesn't even have one single line of dialogue in any of these cutscenes! How the hell can you call this a spyro game when the main character isn't even Spyro? He's simply just one playable character of many.
Spirits aren't always ghosts if you played the game it says that his soul the magic in his body and his mind fused to form the spirit making him alive.
To be honest, nothing else was going to happen with him. If they had just left it, then Spyro would have drifted into the land of forgotten video game characters. Any, he isn't really prominent anymore, so if you don't like him, don't use him.
***** Yeah I didn't play a lot of Spyro. I'm more into Crash and Spyro just wasn't that interesting for me. But this Spyro seems cool to me ( Though I like all three versions).

Despite what people say, this game still feels like a Spyro game to me. Think about it, the likes of Kaos, Flynn, Hugo, Glumshanks, and the others are very reminiscent of Spyro's villains and side characters (the good ones, anyway)
What was great about the Spyro's was you got something from all 8 elements. By the way, glad you put in the 4 additional levels. Can't wait for Trap Team in October, hopefully Cali will be back to do heroic challenges.

How am I to take Kaos the least bit seriously? Ripto was funny but he had magic to back up his threats, even without his magic he managed to steal a powerful relic using only bombs. But Kaos...is pathetic.
He is not pathetic in trap team.
That's kinda the point. He's not supposed to look or sound threatening in his regular form. The final boss of trap team on the other hand... he looks boss.
He may be a little guy, but Kaos has done more than what YOU think. First he destroyed the Core of Light and banished the Skylanders to Earth, then he conquered an ENTIRE Arkeyan army with the Iron Fist of Arkus, then he attempted to evilize all of Skylands using the petrified darkness and Mt. Cloudbreak, a magic volcano that erupts every 100 years to replenish the magic of Skylands, but failed. Then he managed to blow up Cloudcracker Prison, which is made of Traptanium, the most powerful substance in Skylands, and while doing that, he freed the most notorious villains of Skylands. Then he built the Sky Eater, a machine that creates rifts and holes in the sky, so he could feed The Darkness, and destroy Skylands. And lastly, he discovered Mind Magic, and used it to create an army of Doomlanders. I think you're underestimating him, but we all kinda do. He failed every time, except in SuperChargers, where he won at first, but that was until the SuperCharger Skylanders beat him again.

Honestly, this game could have been it's own game. But they decided to slap Spyro's name on this and call it a Spyro game. The purple dragon doesn't even look like Spyro, he doesn't even have one single line of dialogue in any of these cutscenes! How the hell can you call this a spyro game when the main character isn't even Spyro? He's simply just one playable character of many.

Spirits aren't always ghosts if you played the game it says that his soul the magic in his body and his mind fused to form the spirit making him alive.
The new Spyro is just fine..
To be honest, nothing else was going to happen with him. If they had just left it, then Spyro would have drifted into the land of forgotten video game characters. Any, he isn't really prominent anymore, so if you don't like him, don't use him.
