    Cutting down on alcohol helps me tremendously! Plus I don't want to harm my liver. I've been limiting my black tea too and increasing exercise just by resuming my long evening walks. Every bit helps TFS!!

    Thanks for this video. Is there still caffeine in decaf coffee? I just had my gallbladder removed, so no alcohol, limited sugar, fat restrictions, I ordered papaya tablets for enzymes

    Cheers so much except drinking too much water can be toxic? And I'd be going to the toilet all night so wouldn't be able to get enough sleep?
