    Morning routine - drink & rest for 2 hrs
    Acv - 1/2 tsp in glass of water helps microbiome & candida
    Glutamine - u can add it to acv drink - morning gut activator
    Ginger tea - +activatong gut - sip on it during day; u can add honey - make digestive juices flow
    Rice cake w/ evo or coconut oil for mct
    Protein shake - dairy & gluten free around 11am
    Green smooties 3pm - not chocolate or junk
    Lean protein & veg
    Lower inflammatory foods - sugar, processed foods, grains, dairy, junk

    Our society is so damaged that it’s hard for us to eat HEALTHY for 3 days lol I’m going grocery shopping tonight to give this a go for 3 days as a start so I don’t set myself up for failure. THANK YOU for this!

    Ive only been eating well and was frustrated that there were no results. But i forgot to add healing properties to fix the gut. Im also going to implement a more diverse diet so I feel more satisfied and don't eat junk food. Thank you so much for this! We really can't rely on our American system to help us😢, but at least we have you❤

    Isn’t Maltodextrin bad for the gut? It’s one of the ingredients in your powder blend.
    Also, I believe I have MCAS, so none of this would be beneficial for me. I can’t do anything high in histamine or fermented. This really sux!!

      you would benefit from mct oil and dao enzymes - we have taken maltodextrin dextrin out of our products or the remaining have just a minimal amount

      There are plenty things that can be wrong with the gut. For example, low stomach acid, h pylori infection, leaky gut, SIBO and inflammation. This will help heal the line of the gut and inflammation but will not fix things like infections or low stomach acid.

      Try a plant based protein powder like hemp powder which is a complete protein.

    I feel like protein powders are super sugary and processed. I struggle with candida overgrowth (watching your other vids)- do you recommend a specific kind?

    What about if you work out, this isn't enough calories and protein to sustain my energy levels. Do you recommend not working out for these days? I dont like to skip a workout but my guts are in a state so I'll skip if i have to!

    What about those people suffering from h pylori. Even if it’s been treated with antibiotics and get a negative. I’m still unsure it’s totally gone so would taking ACV be ok?

    rice cakes, rice is a grain and you say to stay grain free.

    Woah! Maltodextrin in your Healthy Belly (I think it's called) Mix. That's one of the worst ingredients out there, is my understanding. 😮
