I really love and appreciate you Dr. Taz, i found your channel a couple months ago and your advice has helped me understand my body’s needs better. I’m very often ignored and belittled by doctors and they don’t listen to my concerns. I’ve been turned away time and time again with no regard for my mental or physical health. I currently don’t have the funds for a very nutrient rich diet or for supplements, but i’m starting at a better paying job soon and will finally be able to focus more on my health and see what areas I can help mend on my own. Thank you!

Thank you so much for everything you do to educate women on estrogen dominance. I have struggled for YEARS now. It all started after having children. Weight gain, acne along the jaw line, hirsutism, excruciating periods, anxiety and depression the week before my period. I’ve been to my doctor multiple times with no help. Checked for PCOS but don’t have it. I’ve had cholestasis of pregnancy four times and lost a baby because of it. I had one of the earliest cases according to my doctor as I had it starting at 8 weeks. My bile acids spiked and we lost the baby. I’ve been told my liver can’t tolerate the hormone changes.
I never realized how important it is to balance my hormones. I have a seven year old daughter and I never want her to struggle like I have with no help. I am so grateful to have a better understanding of hormones so I can help her as she grows as well. I’m a 33 and just reading the Hormone Shift.
Your teachings have a generational effect.

I would suggest either Seed, or anytbing soil based. But if you do soil based, make sure its free of flouride, glyphosate, and other chemicals. All probiotics say its the number one recommended by drs. But that doesnt mean they're all good.

Although I enjoy your content I must say there are some missteps in your evaluations. Vitamin D is readily available from the sun and it's only absorbed by melanin rich individuals. If they are getting Vitamin D from the suns exposure and putting it in a bottle, then why can't humans readily get it and absorb it naturally? Also you said Magnesium is not prevalent in most healthy foods, And I must say that is not true either. Magnesium is rich in Green Leafy Vegetables and other vegetables and non sweet fruit. I get more than adequate amounts of Magnesium each day in my Green Smoothies and Salad. U should be promoting more healthy raw eating than telling people that the foods that they are consuming are not as nutrient rich therefore supplement to meet their nutrients needs. God put everything here for us to thrive it's up to us to choose health over 45 seconds of tastebud hijacking.
