you take off the nut that i shined the light on. then you take the steering wheel puller and use the two long bolts that come with it to pull off the piece. hope that helps.

Sadly the last good condition one that I have I used on this car. I have one that is for a stock firebird (clock in the tach location) but it would need some work as it is pretty rusty and the circuits may need replaced.
