Today is my LAST day on board a New Royal
Caribbean ship Odyssey Of The Seas. While on board learn that Indoor Skydiving at iFLY is really hard! We dine at Chops Steakhouse and Giovanni’s but my girlfriend Laurene complains like a “Karen” at one of them because she didn’t like the food. I also HATED one of the shows that was said to be really good. So much happens in the video so make sure you do not miss a second of my time on board this Cruise Ship. what you need is somebody to take a flame thrower to a cow with it still alive and running around and then you just chop off a part of it and eat it after it passes out
I'll comment on Royal Caribbean restaurants they seem to be all the same they look pretty this food looks good but when you actually taste it it's not that great it's just average or below myself I would have tried the ossobuco I recommend you try it if you're an Italian restaurant that is good it could be either veal or pork or beef osso buco FYI I would also wait for your girl is done showing her food and swallow then Filmer most females prefer to have it that way.
Lauren's steak was so rare, it started eating her salad! 🤣

When I was eating beef, I liked my steak well done. I was on the Odyssey in November and I did not care for the Effectors show either. I'm not into the super hero stuff, in fact I dozed a little. Hey, but that's just me. Love your show Jay. Keep up the good work.

I had carbonara on the Odyssey and it was almost at good as I had in Italy.

Great show Jay! Loved all the crew interactions. It’s amazing I’ve never had a CEO or an Accountant ever serve me on a cruise, but I’m sure they’d screw it up! Give the crew a hand 👏. Also the interaction with the kids also added an extra element to the video (I know my daughter loves cruising). Congratulations to Deshaun and Kristin (hope that’s right) as relationships just don’t last anymore! Jackie my wife said she enjoyed the iFly. Hate to see Lauren go, it’ll be great when you two get together again. Keep up the good work and may we cross paths on or cruising journeys. We’ll be close as will be getting off the Quantum on the 16th in Seattle.

The most impressive thing in this whole video is the 28th year anniversary. Big accomplishment that gets overlooked in today's world. And they look happy too!
I haven't been to sea in over 2 years, but when I was working I went to Chops many times, unless this was the lunch menu, seems a lot smaller menu then it used to be.
First, I want to say that I loved this video Justin, you packed so much into this one! I want to wish Deshaun and Kristin a very happy Anniversary, wow, 28 years. Lauren I loved seeing you in all these videos going to miss you, and I wish you a safe trip back home. I go on my cruise in 9 days and can't wait. It's always hard for me to leave the ship at the end of the cruise because I love it so much. Thank you Justin for a great vlog!

Carbonara should NEVER have milk or cream. Just pancetta, eggs, cheese, splash of vermouth, and black pepper, and pasta of course. .The cheese and eggs make the sauce.
Yep. Eggs yolks 😉 no whites, though.
Carbonara = Miner in Italian. The miners would cook it for lunch . Because was easy to carry and keep fresh.

I saw the effectors on wonder of the seas. I thought it was magnificent my wife and I both enjoyed it.
Once again I agree with Lauren! An authentic carbonara does not have cream. Giovanni’s is not a real Italian restaurant; it’s Italian-American. But the Osso Bucco was good, and Marlon is a great waiter!

The Effectors was interesting; vocals and choreo were great; didn’t understand the story though. The Book was weird to me too… liked the talent but didn’t understand it.
Same! Neither show has a solid story. It felt like I had to do a lot of guessing after both shows as to what was the purpose. My conclusion was they merely wanted to display their advance technology and the actors' skills. Ironically, the comedy shows were the only ones I really enjoyed!

I loved the Effectors. I thought it felt like updated and modern cruise entertainment.
The thing I will agree with you is that Lauren looked awesome in the white jumpsuit.
The casino is packed cause you can smoke inside the casino and that's probably the only indoor smoking area on the ship otherwise you have to go near the ship's intakes so you know the engines are breathing 2nd hand smoke

I love Medium Rare, but often I get it overcooked which is annoying. Congratulations on such a long marriage, that's fantastic. It's really nice to see you introduce some of the crew, they are often ignored by some vloggers. They deserve respect and recognition.

3:31 I met the instructor at the Seaplex one night. Really cool guy. I wish he would have been there when I did the iFly. My instructor was good but didn’t let go my leg one second.
