@@R24456 that's almost long enough to remember other storms... I've been here since 80, been through a couple of dozen of these. This one is nothing, they are overblowing it to the extreme. It's moving fast, won't have time to pile up much of a storm surge, and as for the wind? the Derecho that hit Houston a couple of months ago was 33% stronger than this thing, and we have had 4 spring storms this year that dumped more rain than this thing will. I think we will be just fine. There won't even be that many trees down. The worst thing will be the inconvenience of losing power which will happen in some areas, but probably not too widespread
OH MY GOD!! WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!! Geez, why are you guys ALWAYS forecasting doom and gloom? Perhaps the station should hire a therapist because y'all are so miserable and unhappy. ALL of you live in a restricted access subdivision in League City (I know because I've been there). You guys should mingle with the actual public and find out that life isn't all hell on Earth.
You must be a blast at parties. This is the least doom and gloom channel. My life’s great and I live in a restricted neighborhood. Keeps dirt bags like you out
They said Harvey was going to be a weak hurricane and look how that turned out. Forecasting the worst-case scenario may annoy you if it doesn’t pan out that way, but it’s helpful to motivate people to over prepare.
Good luck Texas. Your storm is affecting Kansas and NY. Two areas I live or visit this week lol
I know i shouldn't say it but dang that weather man is easy on the eyes
😂
It's usually a woman in a mini dress that's getting ogled. At least he wears his slim fit suits very well.
Yes he looks like Adam Levine...hmmm
Too old for me
yet hard on the ears - people with lisps should not be on TV nor radio -ugh
Beryl is on life support, but thank the Lord for the break in the heat.
Hey I'm a big fan
I'm in need of your prayers and support. Please keep me in your thoughts as I navigate my health journey.
I don't have good feeling about this, and no to mention we have a DAM that is about to fail
zero chance of that happening they have had the spillway open for days now, lowering the levels of the lake
@bendalton5221 Well, we didn't have accurate information during Harvey.
@@R24456 uh huh... how long have you lived in the greater Houston area

That storm is going into Corpus Christi. Barely a Cat 1.
Nope. Beryl is going into Matagorda Bay which is north of Corpus Christi.
@@KaleidoscopeMagic OK
The risk is Lake Livingston failing !!!
It is 100% full !!!
zero risk of that.... they opened the spillway....
Dang, I forgot about that.......not good. Wishing you all good luck, everyone downriver will be in my prayers.
