Magnesium is truly a lifesaver for me. I had trouble with sleep, was constantly anxious and started putting on weight to the point where Dr told me I had insulin resistance. All I did was cut on carbs, avoid sugar, workout at least 30mins 4 times a week and took a magnesium supplement every day. Lost 5 kgs in a month and I feel so much better. We often underestimate the importance of such minerals.

Now it’s jus the brown sugar about 2 teaspoon a day… cut down on white sugar sweets Luckily I enjoy my fruits and veggies to the core I can’t live without them happy with any greens and fruits. Let’s all focus towards healthy eating and living. Peace ☮️

u can take hot badham milk daily before going to bed. or 2/3 badham nuts also. try this. or milk also. it should be regular basis. don't take sleeping pills. Have happy life

In this video, you talked about the importance of consuming raw vegetables.. but these days, due to more pesticide and insecticides used while growing up the veges, in this situation is it safe to eat raw vegetables after washing with simply water and turmeric powde, does it remove all the toxicity from the vegetables? Pls explain. Doctor, also somehow we see these days cancers are increasing among both male and female genders for which my understanding is that somehow the way we eat the food and the raw food items itself is becoming the cause to some extent for getting cancers. Recently my father (who's a farmer and works well in the farm which is a good physical activity for him) been diagnosed with prostrate cancer.. somehow we are lucky that he has been diagnosed early and relevant treaents are going on. Can you please make a video on what are the precautions to be taken and what tests can be done for both men and female to have early detection of cancer is any.
