i honestly like the look of the minimalist presentation and environment. i don’t see it as cold or clinical. it just looks clean and careful. to me, a minimalist presentation is just a different form of hospitality, because every detail is thought-out with nothing unnecessary or messy. it’s not the only way to care for a customer, but it IS founded in care, imo. it also just suits the concept of molecular gastronomy. i don’t judge people for taking or leaving minimalism, but as a messy stressed person i like it a lot to see things placed just-so.
The plating and presentation seems very minimalist and hypermodern. Honestly, it's not very appealing to me. I much prefer the more organic style as seen in your Le Meurice video. If you had to pick between Sur Mesure and Le Meurice, which would you choose?
yes I agreed, Le Meurice style more impressive beautiful restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse classic style, sur Mesure par Thierry Max modern interior design, not easy to compare, both I like it, foods delicious.
I love watching these, the dishes here looked amazing. But I didn't like the clinical interior of the restaurant that much. Personal thing I know. The most challenging thing for me, apart from the Bill would be how to actually eat some of the courses Thank you for sharing.

You never know what you are eating but you definitely know what you are going to get at the end.
