Never work on your project when you are "uninterested". when you arent enjoying working on it, its no longer a hobby. Take a break until its fun again. Well worth it.
Was a driveability tech for Chrysler, they had SMEC and A&B SMEC. Had no way back then of hacking it, but was a very simple system. Those GLH’s and Conquest TSI were cool cars.
PCmForless, damn I thought I had a decent tune from them on my 93 LT1 Formula Firehawk M6. I had done Mac mid length headers , 160 stat. She Dynojet dynoed 309 rwhp and 342 rwtq. Video is on my channel. From what you are saying there was some hp left on the table. That was 10 yrs ago and they came highly recommended. I will say the car ran very strong . Best run at Atlanta Dragway was 13.4 @ 103 mph. Beat a lot of LS1 cars back then.
You helped me get my 95 383 Lt1 tuned and it definitely was better than pcm for less. Going E85, larger injectors soon ill need to hit you up. Also hoping some short travel lifters will net a few more horsepower.
that's pretty much my exact car(but I have a black top bar and red seat inserts. got it in 98, still have it. just been off the road for about 10 years, some odd noise, thought it tore the serpentine belt but looks good. thinking something with the clutch messed up. want to toss on heads/cam/exhaust/injectors and get it tunned - after I build a garage
Question for you: when you remove one of the OEM o2 sensors to run a wideband, can you run it that way long term or is it important to have both factory o2 sensors for the ecm?
Where are you located and the little bit I have watched you don’t like to do vettes? 94, 6 spd, corsa exhaust and getting ready to do cam kit and headers, but want to tune it.
Thanks for this video! Super useful to know idle spark advance and IAC counts for a 382 LT1 with a cam like this.

I clicked your profile to look at your car and it won't open. I've got a 93 Vette LT1 and was curious

Killer vid man thanks!
Awesome video bud
love the magnaflow exhaust, i have that one on mine as well.
He’s swapping it out to a Mad Hammer setup (GMMG)
Is the gear teeth repair a hard project, just got a 95, my guy is going too redo the clutch etc, but the teeth in g2 -are 👎🏾

You need both factory o2 sensors to constantly make minor fueling adjustments.
To permanently mount the wideband, add an o2 bung to the exhaust.
Could the low KPA be due to the hot weather? Great videos. They are helpful!
Not really. In this case, it’s that junk small intake pipe.
Thank you@@strongspeedworks
Hey SSW, what do you think about descreening the MAF on an LT1?
I’ve dyno’d that back to back. Zero gains.
We needs turbo video hahahaha. I know how it is tho with projects I do the same.

I’m in Tulsa. I’ve tuned quite a few LT1 corvettes. I’m not sure where you read that I don’t like them
