There's a big difference between homeless and a residence. I see homeless sleeping on benches no roof over there head. To live in a tent is considered to be mobile residence. As long as area is cleaned up daily it's legal. The problem is appearance and what others spread unwillingly to others causing rumors. I live in a tent but I choose to to get to my mines as well as obtain more. I also know people looking for work are judged as soon as living in a tent hours cut ect. I physically have a job but where is the logic in paying 1500$/ month to not be home. My fiancee and I hand wash clothes, rent motels when we are back in Tucson AZ while I work a 9-5 till the new mine is obtained and paying more than my 9-5. I no longer qualify for assistance so the shelters will not help with a place anyways. The people who denied help have the same problem. I have had this problem since COVID started. COVID shut access to my mines in 4 states since 2019 thus I adjusted to use trails that stay open here in Tucson AZ on areas that are open to obtain mineral rights. My fiancee applied to 200 jobs in the past year and still looking. Most jobs calling her a liar like Geico
