- After a judge ruled the city of Phoenix wasn’t doing enough to address homelessness, residents in Tucson filed a similar lawsuit, hoping the courts can force changes
Arizona is turning into a dump tbh
Every city, town and county across this nation continue to shuffle the homeless rather than actually address the needs of the homeless and enforce the encampments
$220,000 eagerly dumped into a lawsuit instead of towards actually solving the problem. Says it all really....
Residents don't want the homeless problem solved. They want homeless people off of the streets so they don't have to be bothered by them. That is what they are suing about.
Tucson is an artist town without any artists
When I lived in Tucson for 5 years there was numerous times where I would find a homeless man sleeping in my alley way where my HVAC unit was tucked away and would have to tell him to leave. Multiple times I would find stolen bikes or bike parts from the U of A campus in my alleyway and numerous human feces. It's embarrassing to live like that, and I got out of there.
Can I join the lawsuit. My children have been threatened by these people. Romeo and Grijalva need to go.
