Absolutly a well informed and very detailed walk trough of disassembly! Very much appreciate the time you took to explain the parts that " fly across the room ". I have had several encounters and harsh words when this has happened from other tear downs. LOL. Really a good video for novice and old timers alike! Thanks man.
I been considering getting one, Questions about the trigger...... How adjustable is it for pre-travel? .... How adjustable is for Over-travel? Will triggers from other manufacturers also fit it?
No pre travel adjustment but there is a set screw for over travel. My trigger moves about a heavy 1/32” before it hits the wall and then maybe a 1/16” after it breaks. Those are my eyeball measurements. I haven’t played with the over travel because I didn’t need to. Currently unaware of comparability…but I haven’t looked yet. I’d like to find a short trigger since the stock one is a little long for me.
I thought about that and decided not to. Compressing the mainspring and not breaking the tabs wasn’t worth the risk. There probably is a better way of doing it, I just haven’t found it yet!
If a Glock 34 and a 1911 had a baby you would get an Oracle Arms 2311. Talk about over complicated, WOW! Now I see why they have the huge hump on the bottom of the grip. I guess the simple 1911 system wasn't good enough. No thank you. I would spend my money on the Live Free Armory version, pay way, way less and get a simplified, easy to work on 2011. Thanks for going through the process, if i were sitting on the fence this would knock me off to the no thank you side.
@five-oonsene545 It would be interest to hear why they felt they had to deviate so far. I would think they could have just pinned a mainspring/magwell to the grip. Something people are familiar with.

Glad you enjoyed it! I always hate trying to find parts that disappear from the workbench
Crazy the amount of engineering in this. Pretty cool to see what they did.
I love my Shadow 2 Compact 🔥🥃
Oh man thanks for this video. Their manual wasn’t clear you had to reach inside the chamber to push out the catch. 😂
I was useful today!

Just got my 0a 2311 and notice the right slide release is a little loose and not a firm as the left side. Did you notice that on this one as well?
Yes. Had the same thing
Hows the trigger out of the box?
Not bad. It’s sitting mid to upper 4’s. Has a short take up and very little travel.
I would consider taking the hammer, hammer strut, and mainspring housing off first before the grip module. But hey I don’t build them 👀😂

I’m pretty sure there is an Sig milk man in there somewhere!
After watching the whole video I had to edit my first comment. Are you sure this is not something Mattel made? LOL!@@nobodytraining
Loved the Steve Irwin intro.

Not sure why you bring up a Glock, the gun takes Sig P320 Mags and Mag Release. I dont see any Glock features in this gun.
