Our President has never been involved in diesel supply and has disposed off most of his business interests that might lead to a conflict of interest. Nice try🤣🤣🤣
i agree! but what i am sad about is that all their hard work often does not stop the rot and corruption they are exposing. i pray this will one day change.
Sad that Carte Blanche does a better job at investigating corruption and crime better than SAPS. Also sad that not much comes from their great investigations because of the lack of follow up by SAPS.

@@ntwananoshikwambana4333 it is very sad what is happening. i think one tiny step we can all do is to try and get rid of racism. i say this as someone who reads twitter comments. there we are fighting one another. and while we are busy flinging insults at each other, we are not standing united to fight the corruption. divided we fall.

South Africans of all backgrounds are affected by this government and as soon as we realise that we are stronger together, the sooner we can get rid of corruption and crime
Great upload 🎉wonder what Bheki Cele do for a job? The kindergarten cop is like a TV star; have to have a TV crew when he decides to work as he spends over 600 million a year on food and travel which is 2 million a day; not sure where he gets time to work. Strange that journalists can trace these criminals; but the gangster police force can't 😮
They stay steps ahead of law enforcement because the police and military with politicians are in cahoots with these syndicates. Plain and simply. Thanks ANC
Carte Blanche does such an awesome job of tracking down all these types of crime syndicates, so then why can’t the South African police not do the same? They don’t want to? They’re part of the syndicates? Not qualified to do so? So many questions. I think Carte Blanche should form the next government in that country….
Investigative journalists are the front line soldiers for the war on truth. Respect... watching this, we know that the coal rail line accident last week was no accident... gone the rainbow nation.

The politicians know about this probably getting a kickback...therefor they all still ftee
This kind of crime only thrives if law enforcement is in on it and that's why the criminals don't stop but continue to do this brazenly, they know that there is no accountability
🤣🤣 0:20 "A remarkable ability to stay one step ahead of law enforcement" 🤣🤣 That made me laugh, that's the easy part for the criminals. Just look at the pampoen minister in charge of law enforcement.
Just a thought is it not possible that other criminal syndicates could be using specific coal yards as a front or fallguy for criminal activities ensuring that their identity remains hidden..
Clerrence asked if the driver knows how this works immediately when driver asked for payment, I think that is how he was able to pick up that he could be set-up
I have to say that you are doing a top job. However, I have some questions. Carte Blanche is doing a deal of investigations in order to put together these segments, many companies have their own private investigators doing research and so on. Where is our government in all this? You are doing all the hard work. All they have to do is run with this information. Where is the president, minister of police, police commissioner, minister of justice?
The work you guys do I mean is very commendable and top tier "sheet"!!! I mean from the guys on the field and behind camera👌🤌 With every episode I get more and more disgusted with the Justice system ya la emzansi.
Clerrence and those lot look to me to great citizens, as no way they'd be allowed to get away with it if they weren't giving loads to the Police and ANC pensions pots.
You should approach minister of electricity with this evidence. We want to know his take and he w he is going to respond to this criminality that crippled esky
How do we justify climate change policies resulting in our power generation being crippled due to not relying on coal whilst we export the coal to fatten the haves.
We need an independent policing agency just like the one we once had when former president T.B was in power the S cause these hawks are the same as Saps they report to the same people that need to be investigated
They collaborate with Zimbabwean drivers, thats why they prefer Zimbabwean drivers over us,i use to drive with Zimbabweans at hestony transport, they where not allowed to transport some of the cargo because they are thiefs
Hayi bhuti, we use Zimbabweans because they are hard workers. Some of my Xhosa workers complain because the Zim guys are making them look bad. Our country is full of lazy people, that is why it is so corrupt and broken, just looking for the easy way to make money. Greedy thieves. So don't blame the Zimbabweans. Look at your brothers or "comrades" first.
It can't be that the government is the custodian of the police, that's why things don't get investigated as it should be. The police should be governed by civil society and accountable to the citizens of South Africa, funded by tax payers money with zero interference from politicians. No high rank police official should be associated with any political party.
Nothing is shocking ,the government has a sting on low crimes & none on major country crippling crime syndicates.I had just started my nursing training and special investigation unit came to my training hospital to call me a criminal who is getting social grant illegally and I had to pay for that yr plus interest.
At the point our domestic branch of the spy agency should just disappear these people pick a commodity and remove all the bad actors I'd rather have a police state then whatever this mess is
Closing the segment with a hint to stolen coal being one of the main reasons for load shedding is not only false and misleasing, but also unfounded. Please do a story on that.... including government....
Imagine if this crime was purely committed by black people only. The noise that would be there!! It would be on News24 articles and eNCA and the DA would be making noise about BEE!!
As lame as the sting operation is if Terrance & Steven was black they would have been dealt with after the first episode. We have a serious problem of selective prosecution in South Africa. Do a special about a black man whom was sentenced to 135 years for stealing 11 million vs a white women sentenced for 11 years for stealing 500 million.
I hope you're not lying about Ibrahim paying late and then disappearing because not be be rude but it would seem as if your sting failed on both occasions...maybe try and find Ibrahim some more or...?
