Solution: Every truck that goes to Mozambique for fuel import should declare 60000 litres. If they declare anything less than that or the weigh bridge is broken, they should still be taxed for the amount of 60000 litres of fuel. LOOPHOLE CLOSED.

There are scammers, criminals, gangsters, cartels, druglords, fraudsters, racketeers, money launderers and thiefs, you name it in every square inch of the land. We must show foreign nationals who think South Africa is a play ground for crime teach them a lesson together with those who help them committ these crimes must be prosecuted . Protect the country by all means keep foreign criminals out of SA and let's deal with our own.

Thats Kaput, tomfoolery and ignorance at its zenith level to think or say SA was Heaven on earth before foreign nationals came in,as much as we want them out of our beloved motherland we must bare it in mind that these people came in and joined the crimes that were already on going instead of hate these guys we must use that energy and face our Gvt to improve its Law and Security as far as crime in SA is concerned bhuti...

You assume the foreigners have the power to do such things on their own. Our very own government, our people let them do this. Its got nothing to do with foreigners its got everything to do with corrupt people.
