I hope they check the devices with sms from Renee.... So it is not just a screenshot Ashley had done.
And I think the body checks with Ashley was in a kind manner to kind of get her grumpy mind somewhere else and I think she stood in the bedroom knowing what to do as he slung up the door and the way Ashley showed the Ninjahands makes me believe that he made some fun and maybe funny said "Your Done" just to playful ninja ..... But she knows for sure made up mind Shooting him getting away w defence. And she ran to the neighbour that already was an Ashley found man to get alibi how distrought she was .. But I believe she fixed the hit in face herself.
Also, she was determined to Him NOT be in this Childs life and I believe she let the child and mother leave as she knew what was going to happen. Also, I dont think Doug in this moment would put the risk acting bad towards her when helping w the move as I think he was in a good mood by then... And the thing with the anger about the "men between her legs" I for sure think she has shown him pic of former male friends or modelfptos that got him thinking as she LOVES showing things of her to make the husband abit jealous.. My opinion

It is no joke. He was not "executed." He was killed in self defense. She reported the abuse multiple times. For the PD report that she made to not be relevant is unbelievable. She is reporting the abuse multiple times and reported the violation of the Injunction. I feel the defense has proved her state of mind, that she was in fear, and shot in self defense. I do not feel the prosecutors have proven their case, that killing him while she was blocked and attacked, she did not have a right to shoot. I think Darnell hit it right. The defense has laid a firm foundation. He was abusive, he had problems with his former relationship, and with the defendant, and he was troubled. We cannot find beyond a reasonable doubt that she wasn't in fear for her life.

Look up domestic violence. People don't leave these situations due to many reasons. So many women and men are not believed because of the attitudes of so many statements given on this forum. Also the think tank individuals being brought on to discuss this case seem to be on the side of the prosecutor. This does a disservice to abuse victims. Hopefully the judgemental people on this forum are never on a jury for dv. More importantly, I also hope they're never, ever abused and not believed.
