She’s guilty and she knows how to act being a ballerina and that demonstration of her killing him was laughable. Her defense attorney is a joke. She is entitled only child that thought she could have a sugar daddy and it fell apart. I say she is guilty. I don’t care what these experts say because they are paid by the defense. If a daughter has to lose her mother and father then her daughter will sadly lose her too. She made that bed.

It sounded so weighted in favor of prosecution, then, he's allowed that kid back on the stand when she made him look like a fool looking straight at him and changing her narrative to suit. Then, when he told her she could take her seat and she stormed out the door. How many next jurors are going to try those acts too?. How is anyone supposed to take this seriously anymore. Respect is out the window.

He even texted her that she made him so mad and that she made him do all those things and apologized for not being able to contain his anger! But according to you, it's all mistakes and isn't considered abuse.
You do know of something called emotional and mental abuse, correct? A man that gets in a woman's face, screams, and threatens to off themselves is no man, in my opinion. Sounds like he was just starting his abuse tactics and were getting worse the longer they were together. They had a toxic relationship and they had no business being together.

It's lethal and I susoect he was trying to do this perhaps, which would mean that when he finished the kick his back woukd have been facing slightly to the person he wanted to kick. If she shot him while he was doing this regardless if he was standing or lying down..a billetnwould definately have shot him in the rear of the leg and provably back or side. Her defence should have brought in top takeondo martial experts. This is a very important thing that happens.. prople start the kick looking at the person..flick to the side while actually in mid kick and whrn.kick excuted they end up facing slightly with gheir back or half back and half side to the person they kicked. It's the MAIN KICK in MARTIAL ART AND THE HARDEST ONE TO GET HIT FROM. CANT THINK WHY THEY DIDNT BRING IN A MARTial art expert to explain this. This is a big thing.

If in fact, she was afraid and had already taken measures in the past to keep him from their child. She had already had a restraining order in place and could have taken measures to put another in place. She had her mother and other resources that she could have turned to to help. She handled it the way she wanted to handle it. And she didn't want him to be in the life of their child ( as she stated," we wanted a family"). She deceived him and LED him to believe they were in a relationship. She and her mother, I'm sure have talked about it prior to the shooting.

He seems very unhinged and emotionally unstable. He's all over the place. Grief does that to you.
