He start the divorce and this make her mad so she decided to punish him; she send her mom with her daugter in the park and she took the metter in her own hands. She solved the problem herself. Because nobody could understand her....
This woman should be evaluated better; she have cold blood.
First shoot was in his leg. He fall and she wach him crowling. And she target and hit his chest. That unique pirouette of her husband, will hunt her dreams...
Doctor is a great witness.
She is trying to look like the victim. She killed him
It’s frustrating seeing other RUclipsrs talk about this case and be on her side as someone who was also a DV victim i don’t Believe her story especially when she’s admitted he hasn’t touched her that rubs me so wrong there’s no excuse for murder when he hasn’t even touched you!
@@missdior7764 I don't think you're a victim of DV.
Well said.
@@missdior7764 you don’t have to be just physically abused.
So sick of seeing “as a DV survivor”. Your experiences are not someone else’s. You’re completely invalidating a whole group of people.
There’s a lot of people who haven’t been physically abused but have been psychologically abused.
You saying you don’t believe her story because he hadn’t touched her is EXACTLY why many women haven’t been believed when they have been abused, as a society we need to do so much better
Totally agree, I’m a victim too
She was planning this
Send her mother daughter to the park
Guilty Guilty life
In jail
Looks like she put the other side of her hair back for this testimony to look more fragile to the jury.
Exactly
If Amber Heard was a murder 😮
The same horrible acting as Amber when she took the stand. 😬
My dog stepped on a bee..
I have always been thankful that Johnny got out alive.
He was being set up as well. (to off himself)
Guilty!
Was he any different...? Marring her after one week 9 months after hisneife died without even telling his young grieving daughter.
@@sarahmurphy-nf4yl and lied to her to about never getting married again
A powerful testimony by the medical examiner. And kudos to him for not being coerced by the defense during the final seconds of this video. I feel even the medical examiner knew the shots were fired not out of self-defense.
Ashley took this man's life & has made his daughter an orphan by producing a gun. Now she must face justice. The medical examiner has determined a homicide. Her conduct does a great disservice to DV victims.
"Homicide" means only that a death occured at the hands of another person. It is not an opinion on guilt or innocence of a crime.
@@GH-oi2jf I was just about to say that
So basically he was turning to walk/run away and before he got turned all the way around she started shooting.
She acts so inconvenienced and tries to act so fragile.she is evil
Ashley's pulling out alllll the stops 2 appear as a 'tiny' 'young' 'innocent' little girl, wrongly prosecuted 4 killing her husband! 🤔...Not buying it...🙄
Oh look her hair is pulled back again that she’s not in the stand
She is scowling
she cries because she knows she is guilty and in big trouble. jail time for sure
The duplicity of this defendant is unfathomanle! Her eyes dont show a soul…..
If he fell on his back, his leg shot had to have been first from the back. ……
And turning to get away when the shot (at an angle) thru the chest.
I am really sorry , I have helped many women and men that have been in a DV and I don’t believe this person suffered from DV . How can she do this trying say that she did ,and continue to use his surname so she can obtain his funds. This person and people like her make it harder for people who go through DV.
🎯
I went to court for DV and trust me the judge just knew. Its a terrible ordeal for the victim of DV. This is no DV victim just a murderer.
Thank god you’re not on the jury or you’d let your confirmation bias take over and not be able to be impartial
@lilmsmunchkin84 absolutely not, I'm going by facts and I've watched this case and my opinion is based off of facts!
@lilmsmunchkin84 same could be said for you. You'll allow a 'princess' to get away with murder! It's not even a case of DV in this case, it's a woman murdering someone to get him out the way.
@@nickychargreaves1111 your absolutely horrible 😢 💔 😞 😔 😪 😭
How can Ashley sit there without crying?
I am crying & I don't even know this man...
The excessively blinkimg is strange.
I think this woman is a great actress .academy award deffin😮
And the academy award goes to.... NOT Ashley....😂😂😂😂😭 Horrible acting like I can't believe she really thought ppl would fall for her act it's so pathetic
She is so smug uneal
See court today it's over, witness said he violated her
See court today? It's over, witness stated he violated restraining order, uh besides the sick violet texts, hole in walls and gunshots
@flyn🤔🙄neart1111
That drama queen is guilty!!!
Hey guys does the premeditation make this case murder 1?
She isn't being charged with premeditation. She is charged with 2nd degree murder.
It should be. She knew what she was doing when she invited him over to help her “pack” and sent her mom and kid to the park so they wouldn’t be witnesses.
Yes, premeditation warrants first degree murder.
She is cold as ice , during the forensic examiner intervention describing the autopsy , which proof she shot him from afar, she wasn't being attacked. She never love him,
Everybody was Kung- Fu fighting those Cats were fast as lighting.
Extremely guilty and very obvious that she set him up. She was so scared for her life but she asks him to help her pack and move in together, communicate.. she lured him right in. She was the manipulatior.. she won’t look up during the autopsy and looking nervous while doc explains the downward angle of the shots and shows he was trying to run.. jury better get this right.. trying to act like a timid puppy who does no wrong… girl if you don’t sit tf up and be a grown ass adult.. Jesus … I get being emotional but she is pushing it too hard trying to look like a scared 8 year old 😂
Defense said they should rest today. I hope so
Her eyes are too close together. I don’t trust people whose eyes are too close together.
😂😂
Are you kidding me?!
@@lilmsmunchkin84why you on every comment posting your BS? Shooo you feminist shooo like a damn fly on dog 💩 you and the 3 feminist on this channel who support her are really pathetic just to let you know lol
👁️.👁️
She’s got massive creepy vibes. Flat face, deep set weirdo eyes, no chin too 🎉
She is so guilty, no doubt!!!
The innocent little doe eyes with her fluttering blinks is ridiculous. Funny at pre trial hearings she dressed like a model and her demeanour was way different. Now it’s grandma cardigans and grey hairs.
exactly, and whinning like a puppy... disgusting
She definitely has been coached to look as innocent as possible -
The expressions, the lash fluttering, the no eye contact (like many true DV victims have a habit of doing), the cardigans and even the twisted hair. All for show. Every bit of it was planned, just like her crime.
.agreed, her eyes and the way she stares into the camera- everything about her seems pretentious and mental . .
the last 10 seconds has all u need to know.
he was turning away when she fired the gun multiple time in quick succession
This woman is beyond a fraudster!
Does that mean that the leg shot came from the back? Which would mean he had turned and was trying to flee?
No, another shot, he shot 5x but hit 3x
*She @@bethrose2576
She’s trying to bring the daughter down with her attitude towards her. Who is the bully??
She's not in prison yet? What's taking so long?
White woman syndrome. Men wouldn't get a $100,000 bail. Grandma only had to post $10,000, but grandma has to sign the house she just inherited and her 401k over to defense lawyers. Talk about ruining both families' futures because of selfishness. Doug only had 10% custody before she offed him and even 10% was still too much time for her to handle.
The justice system?
You don't think Doug was a dangerous man behind closed doors? I don't know about you, but a person who can't control their emotions to the point of shooting a gun inside the house, punching holes in the wall, sending those *insane* text messages, punching the family dog unconscious..doesn't sound like they are exactly able to control themselves emotionally... at all. He seems very unhinged and emotionally unstable. He's all over the place. Grief does that to you.
He married someone he barely knew months after his long-time wife passed away..almost as if marrying someone else would fill that numbing void death brings.
I wouldn't want to be in the same room with that man. And it's not like it's her word about those incidents over his -- he admitted to them. So, I genuinely don't see how anyone wouldn't believe Doug was a dangerous man.
The media really hyped up this case and had me thinking she was guilty before trial ever started. It's really sad.
@@crysn315 I couldn’t agree more!!
@@crysn315Wow aren’t you embarrassed to display that kind of naive tribalism? “She’s a girl, I’m a girl, so…therefore…man who was killed is bad, girl good.” You have be mentally retawded to believe what you just said. Read ALL the facts of the case, if you have an IQ above 60, you’ll come to the same conclusion as 80% of the rest of the world that’s watching this.
Bla, bla, bla. You can tell she's bored and just dreaming of being out and about spending that death insurance money.
Doug stopped paying the premiums so his policy was canceled. The joke was on Ashley.
@jmgood2870 I thought she did collect it, but that's good to hear. Any of his assets I hope go to his daughter and family.
She is trying hard to act like she is upset. Acting
doug was probably trying to get close to get gun away from her.. guilty she is
she writes and holds the pen like she is a authoritory she is guilty
I have faith in the jury. Her meek self pitting demeanor is not convincing.
Why does she have to listen to sidebar
To feel important?
Tighten neck, look down and to the side. Tighten neck, look down and to the side 😣…repeat.
Ashley demeanor is whatever. Like she's sitting in detention.
She needs to get a life sentence. She took this man’s life without remorse. His daughters will be without a father because she chose to kill him.
She has those bags under her eyes. I don’t think he caused that.
Makeup can...
What about her being involved with this other man?
She doesn't deserve custody she needs to be in custody for life 😢❤!!!
she looks down and knows what her intent was guilty
You can’t fool all of us,ballerina !
She said he attacked , why she didn’t call 911 but she had time to go to her room to grab a gun and shot him and have time to run to the neighbor to call 911 shady shady shady
no self defense
