    Aw. Gypsy Rose is free. Meanwhile, the autistic boy that she manipulated into killing her mother still sits in prison for life. What happened to her was terrible, but she learned from her mother how to manipulate the people around her, find the impressionable ones, and use them to her ends. She’s now free and getting married to a new man. She flat out used that boy to do the dirty work. She even said it in court. But that pencil necked, over-zealous prosecutor went after that boy with everything he could and painted him as a monster. And if you listen to him speak in court at his verdict, you can tell that he is just a very simple minded man child who was so in love with Gypsy that he would have done anything for her. And he did. His punishment should have been no greater than hers and definitely he shouldn’t have been sentenced to life without parole. And the prosecutor bragging about it and saying that Justice was served just made me sick. These prosecuting attorneys like that man are a real problem in the US. They crafted a narrative that paints to the jury a picture of a monster who was completely in his right mind, absolutely knew what he was doing, is a terribly disturbed person who is a danger to society, and who belongs in prison for the rest of his life, while completely ignoring that he was a simple minded, manipulated, dullard on the extreme end of the autism spectrum with severe social disconnections, no friends, no prospects for an independent future because he’s incapable of taking care of himself, and a girlfriend who directed everything he did. I sure hope that Gypsy does everything that she can to help him in appeals court so he can have his life back at some point. Yes, she was treated terribly, but she grew up and, it turns out, is extremely intelligent and if anyone involved in her mother’s murder knew what they were doing, it was her. Not him. He was completely disconnected in court. That’s why he was the perfect person for her to choose to do the job. And she had him do it to protect herself from prosecution. She absolutely knew what she was doing. I’m glad she’s out. I’ll be much more content knowing that she’s fighting for him. And so she should. It’s the least she could do after he set her free.

I think he needed to be somewhere that he can’t hurt anyone else or himself. Maybe in a mental hospital? I agree that Gypsy learned from her mother, and what she’s doing now is terrible. With Nick, his likelihood to reoffend scored incredibly high as he himself admitted to wanting to r@pe her mother and after he killed her Gypsy had to stop him from committing necrophilia on her mother and that he would have no issue killing and r@ping beyond this point. PERSONALLY I believe he’s absolutely been corrupted but his desires were already there and he would fare better not in prison but in some sort of mental health facility.

I have seen excellent judges and attorneys doing their job, and then I have seen complete screw ups such as Richard Allen in the delphie case, which is a train wreck. Justice is extremely slow moving, and all judges and attorneys do not do their job. I also find it interesting that the murdough trial judge let bank fraud, which was not litigated, brought into a murder trial. Plus, the clerks shanakins 😮. So I think all trials should be public viewed in every jurisdiction to prevent inexperience and corrupt authorities from practicing.

I was taken for over 30 grand bc the attorney I hired that had an excellent reputation got pissed at me & threw the case by picking the worst jurors. ( for the record I wasn't the defendant) By that I mean jurors that he knew would convict. As far as I'm concerned, it has more to to do with the attorney as far as your outcome.

    This list is ridiculous without the Adelson's. The Adelson crime family has the entire world on the case. It has hit men named Tuto and Tato, a middle person, Shrimp, a dentist, a periodontist, an attorney, a domestic coordinator, and a fall-guy-murder-victim-look-alike-ex-boyfriend that was groomed, and set up, by wendi adelson (mastermind puppetmaster attorney) to take the fall for the murder. The victim was a law professor who was SHOT TWICE IN HIS FACE, all because he loved his children, and wanted to be in their lives. It had literal money laundering/washing, money stapling, gas lines shot out with a gun while driving, tv codes, geeksquad alibis, FBI bumps, wiretaps, a fake fictional autobiographical book, and oh so much more....
    Charlie Adelson (periodontist) received a life sentence for 1st degree murder, his Mom (domestic coordinator) is in jail awaiting trial for the same murder, conspiracy, etc, and wendi (biggest beneficiary of the murder of her exhusband) is named an "UNINDICTED CO-CONSPIRATOR" along with her father, Harvey Adelson (the dentist).
    COME ON, Court tv!!!!!!!

      I hope Wendi will be arrested. I’m sure you know Wendi couldn’t resist driving by Dan’s home and the crime scene tape was up. I think it was this channel that posted the calls made that morning before and after the murders between Wendi, Charlie and Donna. Or it may be on RUclips channel- Pretty Lies and Alibis.

      @@bbe3034 yep, she's the one who told Katie it was done bc when Sigfredo called to tell her it was done, and Katie replied "I know". The ONLY way she'd have known is via wendi's drive by. I hope the police video'd her, or at least took a picture of her license plate. They were expecting her, so I hope they were prepared to get evidence of it.
      Mentour Lawyer usually gets everything first, pays for it all, etc, and the rest of the channels steal his work. Pretty Lies has a great source who gave her the calls, and fixed the audio first. James stayed up all night fixing the jail calls' audio.
      I think Georgia is using wendi for motive, and to get everyone else convicted, then it's her turn. I CANNOT WAIT for wendi to be in jail, then prison. Gosh, I feel bad for thinking that, UNTIL I remind myself what she and her evil and vile family have done, how many lives she ruined, etc, and then I hope they all end up in a cage where they belong.

    You know somebody’s pathological liar when they can sit on the stand and say they had no intention or thought that they were hurting somebody after doing what Shanda did to her son

    Hannah Payne just won’t admit, even to herself, what she did. She was acting like a vigilante and that poor man, who was very ill at the time, was murdered. She had zero marks on her face and if you watch the full footage and read police reports, she’s blatantly lying under oath!! What she did was despicable!

    Ferriter did not even kill his victim. Burgos should be #1...He used a knife; up close. .after stabbing the mother of his child 27 times, he picked up his baby, laid him on the ground, pulled his shirt up over his head, and shoved that big knife into the babys chest. Not dying fast enough, he then cut his jugular vein. And this killer DIDN'T MAKE YOUR LIST? Vallow didn't actually get her hands dirty....murdaugh used a gun......

    All of them were bad but vandarark blaming her other special needs son for her son’s murder was so crazy. Her defense doesn’t make sense cause even if it was her son alone that was doing it, she should have seen that he was in very poor health. But I believe her son’s testimony. I have been seeing a lot of kids killing their parents on the news this year and wondered why… but now I’m thinking that over again.

      Just curious but how did they know for sure he was having a medical emergency? I haven't heard anyone say how they knew that.

    • @Truecrimecafe
      @Truecrimecafe 3 месяца назад

      @@Renee-cv2mn it was believed he was having a diabetic episode because it shows the same similarities as intoxication but the autopsy proved no drugs or alcohol in his system and that he was a confirmed diabetic. I guess you can say they’re about 99% sure that’s what it was. Not sure if they can ever truly prove it 100 though

    Re: Hannah Payne and Shanda Vander Ark. Do defense attorneys say, "Now, when you get up on the stand, you need to give your best performance. " or are they cringing inside when they start the fake emotions? Re: Hannah Payne, it's interesting that right after the incident she could recall it calmly to the police, yet on the stand 4 years later she's supposedly in tears over it. And how about her attorney having the gall to tell the the jury they got it wrong?
