He has a good point about exit interviews honestly, if the company doesnt listen to you when you work there, theyre not gonna care once you quit. Exit interviews themselves are a good idea, an honest company would do them and try to learn from their mistakes, but a toxic workplace is going to continue to ignore the problems

You can do jobs whenever you want to like uber, doordash, postmates, pick people's groceries up for them and get paid for it. With all that being said yes you should at least have three to six months of an emergency fund to use just in case.

A principal, I know, will be retiring soon but along the way he has been harassing many good teachers and creating a toxic environment. He doesn’t do all of it directly, but he has his minions, the assistant principals do the bullying.
This principal will be getting a cushy pension, but he will destroy the path of teachers who are getting close to retire and to earn their hard-earned pension.

I accepted the position and felt like it was going to be great fit. 4 months in, I’m regretting it. The environment is like a fraternity, the gal who was supposed to train me in did a lackluster job, but tends to other employees like they’re family, my manager is passive aggressive, and I feel like hardly none of my coworkers are trying to connect with me no matter how I try to connect with them. Never quit a job until you have the next one in hand.
