Thank you for the input to both David’s. I have found it useful to use the corresponding phone-app that I use on my desktop for writing in my in-basket. There should not be a pre-qualifier to put something in the in-basket. The clarification should be done before going into the action item or another list. Great video, thank you. I cannot wait for getting teams done 💪
