I love interviews with David Allen bc he is so zen he'll say something profound and we all sit there in silence and think about how incredible it is lol

I totally agree, Josh. I've interviewed thousands of people in my life and he is pretty chill. - Dave ( www.DaveEdwardsMedia.com )

7:50 - I like his strategy of entering items like this on calendar. He's basically reminding his mind to have a thought about something - considering current context, other stuff happening at that time, available time and energy.

Excellent point. BTW, I love your phrase "reminding the mind." - Dave ( www.DaveEdwardsMedia.com )

I’m so dumb I couldn’t grasp the great use of calendar and David Allen explained it in 30 seconds

This is great! Use Calendly to create rules for when people want to schedule an appointment with you

I love David's book and system, but my biggest challenge with it is that it was built for a system that involves paper files/filing and now working at home I just don't/can't print anything out and everything is in Microsoft suite of apps. So I'm having to recreate the whole GTD system inside MS Office 365 and things like tickler files, writing things on a calendar, etc. need adapting, so I'm using:
    - Outlook Calendar purely for meetings/blocking time out with myself (i.e. where do I need to be and when)
    - MS To Do as my Next Actions list (which brings together Flagged emails, Tasks, etc.) and using Due Dates
    - MS Planner for breaking down bigger Projects into tasks (and the tasks under each Project worded/tagged as Next Actions)
    - MS Teams overlays the above (you can view Calendar, Planner, To Do, etc. all within Teams).
    - I use the iphone version of the above apps as my 'notebook' in my hand to flick through/update/tick off tasks/actions/file emails etc.

Ian - I think you will find that the 2nd edition of David's book is less reliant on paper. My system is virtually paperless. I use Evernote for all of my files. I've done a number of videos on how I use Evernote. Here's a playlist link. ruclips.net/p/PL0DX1bFmtBcFW6_oONkP3wvPfKW-2OR6l Hopefully that will be of help. Good luck. - Dave 9 ( www.DaveEdwardsMedia.com )

Лучший способ сформировать объективное мнение - критически относиться к новостям, которые вы читаете, и не верить всему, что вы слышите. Мы должны изучить позицию как нашей так и противоположной стороны, иначе как можно действительно понять что происходит?

Agreed. I think this guy loves to hear himself talk. I could not finish watching and hearing him talk.
