Actionables - A task list has tasks where thinking is not finished on the very next action to do
- Lesser than 2 minutes task time, JUST DO IT, don't track it
- Anything that needs more than 1 action step, is a project and needs to be tracked
The more senior people are more 'constipated' in their brains.

So at 8:30, it sounds like we put projects into next action list because those projects have to be clarified. Is that right?
