Omg this popped up again in my feed - FAB timing: realise that for me this is CENTRAL to my re-starting my GTD Life proper. Thanks Meg! (And Annie too, fantastic choice) ❤
This is SO helpful to me as someone just starting out with GTD! I keep jumbling Collect, Clarify and Organize together and it stops my progress dead. I've actually watched this multiple times to really hammer in the process home. Thanks so much for producing and sharing this content.
Thank you, this video is what I need. Question: do you suggest keeping the different lists (in box, projects, someday/maybe, weekly reviews etc.) in one binder or notepad (I'm a paper person)? I have them all over the place right now and when I need to review, I can't find my list. I'm trying to get it together. Thanks again for what you do!
Hi Bee, The notepad can be a great tool to "capture" and then you can "clarify and organize" into a paper based planner where you can create tabs for your projects and actions and so forth and than the paper moves in and out of the binder. Hope that helps.

0:06 - 23! I remember when she was 8...
Great review of Mastering Workflow. There is definitely magic within this flow of questioning.

I am so glad to hear this as I remember when I was first learning GTD, I really needed to also learn and separate collect, clarify and organize.
If you skip steps on GTD, you trip quickly. If you don't skip steps on GTD, you travel fast. 😄
Good point, thanks for sharing 😊
I like that example a lot. Thanks for sharing this with us.
Excellent reminder, thank you!
You are so welcome! Glad it was helpful 😊

This was so timely for me and the exact thing I’ve made my focus this summer. Thank you.
That's great to hear Eileen. All the best with continuing to gain clarity with your "stuff."
Obrigado pela explicação!
We're glad to help 😄
