Without spoiling anything, this game is hard at first, but the more you learn about it the easier it will become. Every fight is more of a puzzle than it is a fight. Even the hulking enemies become easy once you know how to deal with them (and this is something you can always do, no special item required) Its great seeing someone go through it blind! These no way to sprint, however it is possible to start with a skill called Dash which will double your default speed
Leave the artifact in vinland then rush straight after him
I heard others say the same, that dash is amazing. I will get dash when I start over
