This is the first exercise video I was ever able to start in the beginning and actually make it to the end. I was and still am proud of myself. I actually feel like I can do this and get strong to be able to do more advanced routines later on. I just wanted to let you guys know. Thank you!
I am a 58yr young lady and I just completed my first week (3 days) with this workout. I plan to do this workout for 5 more weeks, going up in weight as needed and see what happens. I am also doing cardio 2-3 days a week and working to transition to a whole plant based diet, drinking 100 oz of alkaline water, getting Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (2-4 tbsp with 1 tbsp of lemon) and getting 7-8 hours of sleep. I am looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you Mrs. Muscle :) I am so grateful to God to be able to participate in my own miracle!!

I didn’t make it through all 20 minutes but this is definitely one I’ll do 2-3x a week to work myself up to finishing. I love that you added that recommendation in the beginning! I love everything about this, my lower back is on fire❤
after years of jogging seeing no results I finally realised I needed to switch to weight training... now I am so looking forward to see if I get better results...took 5kh dumbells and had to adjust one exercise as these were to heavy for that particular move... but you got me sweating and the ab exercises were great... nice tempo... and the explanation switchover was great. Another great knee friendly workout!! I'm in love!! I weigh 184 and have osteoarthritis in my knees and these have been great. I did full body workouts yesterday and today. Love these Knee friendly workouts, ive had to give up hurting my knees and have put on weight so im happy to do these workouts ive saved them all and alternate them
I like that you can adjust these workouts. Do the lunge if you want, increase speed, shorten the rest, etc. and they are a great mix of cardio and strength and leave me confident that 20 minutes is enough vs doing a longer session. Thank you.

Omg you really saved my day. I was so determined to workout today but I was so discouraged because my back hurt from doing a kettlebell workout yesterday. Either I'm unfamiliar with how much my kettlebell should weigh or I was doing the excercise wrongly. If you have any tips for newbies to kettlebells I'll take them. Either way this workout of yours not only enabled me to workout but it also helped my back and eased the pain. I went between medium and moderate weights for the workouts to push myself and I enjoyed it. Thank you! I'm definitely gonna keep doing your workouts. Plus I enjoyed your music. It was also the perfect tempo for your workout.

I got through all the way and used my weights for the punches as well! At first I didn’t feel like anything was happening but now I finished, I definitely feel something. This gives my legs a rest from the endless squats in so many of these vids 😂

Living on the third floor I need a workout that can be done in home without upsetting the neighbors. These have been perfect for me!!!
