I will try to explain.. basically King Fritz is a pacifist that due the great titan was grew to resent violence and war depsite knowing its the unavoidable truth of this world. He says here that Kenny's hatred is justified and how was not able to build a "Paradise" literally the name of the island. He chooses to believe in the miracle that is peace and mercy despite knowing the harsh truth of the world. He later says" in a not too dstant future the world wilk crumble(basically rumbing) and humanity's fading twilight I wish to build paradise.. despite knowing how idealistic his view of world is he still latches on to it.. which Kenny later puts as him being a slave to his ideology.

Also regarding Kenny he was someone like Eren perhaps, who believed in violence andthe harsh reality of this world but once he met uri he changed. he saw someone with absolute power that despite being the most powerful did not abuse their power but rather believed in peace which rattled Kenny's view of the world. he wished he could see the world same as Uri that is why he tried to steal the FT in order to be like Uri a man who is so compassionate and believes in peace. and that is why in that selfless act he gave the syring to Levi cuz he learnt that from Uri..

Another Founder related titan with fully exposed rib cage, looks like we can concluded that it's a unique trait of Founder.
His titan looks incomplete to me so maybe that's why you can see the ribs but ngl It'd be cool if uri actually had the trait
