I am not sure how that will work. They probably believe more the technician over me. I keep seen this problem often not just with dealerships but with other repair shops too.
I think he removed those wires and when he put them back on, he over tighten them. Because it didn’t seem blowing nor broken till I removed it to inspect it

Very nice explanation and information,the consumer he probable try to jump the battery before remplace it,and use that fuse part
