- Khamzat Chimaev Vs Nate Diaz is cancelled, UFC 279 is headlined by Nate Diaz Vs Tony Ferguson instead, Kevin Holland Vs Khamzat Chimaev will be the Co-Main event.
Earlier Khamzat chimaev has had an altercation Vs Paulo Costa and then Vs Kevin Holland what led to UFC 279 Press conference being cancelled.
Khamzat Chimaev Missed weight by 7.5 pounds.
Khamzat Chimaev is a Swedish professional mixed martial artist and freestyle wrestler who competes in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He formerly competed in Brave Combat Federation. In wrestling, Chimaev is a three-time Swedish National champion.
Nate Diaz is an American professional mixed martial artist, currently signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Before signing with the UFC, Diaz competed in World Extreme Cagefighting, Strikeforce, and Pancrase. He has been in the UFC since winning The Ultimate Fighter 5

This weeks been a bad look for Khamzat.
He should focus in the right places instead of acting all gangsta. It doesn't impress anyone.

Haha, this was fixed, Nate didn't want to fight Khamzat in the first place, all the pressure from fans too against Dana, so what does Dana do? He pays everyone off, starts up a random beef during build up with Holland and Khamzat, tells Khamzat to miss weight pays him extra, and sets up Nates retirement fight, what just a coincidence all this happened?? 🤣🤣
