Khabib Nurmagomedov is a dagestani professional mixed martial artist. He is a two-time Combat Sambo World Champion and the former UFC Lightweight Champion. his record is 29 wins and no losses.
Islam Makhachev is a Dagestani MMA fighter, he is the current Lightweight champion the lightweight division of The UFC.

you are right, but to get discipline, if you have since your are young to pray five times a day every day, and once a year one month ramadan (not only to not eat), i am sur it helps.

Being in a gym at 7:00 is nothing for Muslims. They wake up at the crack of dawn to pray first. Their mental and physical engines are already running by 6:00. They're often very disciplined when it comes to time and their prayer schedules help shape that. They have to do it 5 times a day so it builds a certain awareness with regards to time.

This is very powerful advice. If you can control the initial urge you can abstain but a little dallying and soon you are shoulder deep in temptation.there is no middle ground. I heard an alcoholic once say i can only control not taking the first drink. If i do take it i lose all control.
