Do Canadians ever show up in the registered for next draft? I'm trying to make a Canadian save where I try to make it in the MLS with only Canadians in Vancouver, but I never see a Canadian in the draft. (Trying to influence the dynamic youth rating in Canada)

Yes they do. If you look through the players eligible for the draft you'll find many have second nationalities. One player I signed in my 2nd draft was from Israel and of course, all of the player's eligible for the draft come with American nationalities as well.

@@gaminggrandpa3835 Ahh okay. I hadn't thought they'd be American first, because there are some who come with Brazilian, or Colombian nationalities. At least in my first and second draft there was. So I kind of just traded my drafts away for allocation money to buy down my wages.

Most, if not all of the players in real life that go into the draft are Collegiate athletes and therefore have a student visa, which makes them have American nationality, after their 4 years of college. I presume SI just made all of these players have dual citizenship to make it less complicated. I double checked and went through each of the players eligible for the upcoming draft and I found 3 Canadians. Of course, they also had American citizenship lol.
Buying down wages is always a good thing. I usually trade a few players to MLS teams each season for allocation money and picks. Of course, I do love my international slots as well =). You can definitely find players from all across the globe in the draft, but as I said, they usually if not always come with American citizenship.
