In this song, Audioslave frontman Chris Cornell lists a number of things he enjoys, all for the same reason: they don't remind him of anything. The song is open to interpretation and can have very different meaning depending on the listener. Enjoying the simple pleasures in life is one key to happiness, in part because that's time not spent dredging up painful memories. The lyric could sound trite if not delivered by Cornell, who even when singing about gypsy moths could bare his soul. Many who dealt with substance abuse issues found solace in this song and identified with Chris Cornell, who battled addiction for much of his life.

My absolute favorite Audioslave track. No politics, no activism, no division. Just a great melody, great guitar, and astounding vocals. It's everything music should be at its core.

This is probably one of my favorite Audioslave songs. Musically, it just sounds more like a stripped-down, raw, garage-type feel to it. Also, it just fuckin' ROCKS!

That’s probably the understatement of the century at least. What a voice, what a lyricist, what a blessing to us all who partake.
His solo acoustic version is haunting and emotional and the only version I ever listen too
