We can never overemphasize this personal research aspect. I actually learnt it the bitter way but that made me proud of myself knowing that I tried, failed and did extensive research. Thus I wouldn't embark clueless as before. Also we actually think those that are over there already, have a mastery of how it is done but I equally realised that most are clueless (specifically on international pathways) and even if they want to help, don't forget they are equally busy. So my advice to my fellow mates will be please take as much time as you need to gather all the informations concerning the process of interest, and organise yourself (step by step) and your finances (at every step) as well as your referees (school/licensing board/job etc). Thanks Priscilla, you are blessed 🥰🙏🏽
Thank you so much Priscilla it's so helpful and encouraging as well as educative I am from Zimbabwe willing to come to Us as a CNA then do the process of RN.
You can work in USA but not as a midwife. You need BSN First , write NCLEX- RN, then Midwifery masters the write another midwifery licensure m. Midwifery is not first degree in America
God bless you more and keep you till when i graduate from the university as a nurse
