Wow- my mind is blown! I have that original Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1 with the Sinister Six, and thousands of other comics leading up to 1986. I had no idea of all the other incarnations of the Sinister Six. Thanks for all your research!

I have that annual also. I've been collecting every spiderman comic since high school in the mid 80's up to about 2003
The fact that just experiencing peters memories and thoughts was enough to change doc ock to a mostly good guy says something
With all the mention of green goblins and hobgiblins in the last 2 videos a deep dive into an the various goblins may be in order. I can think of about a dozen different goblins characters just off the top of my head.
I can't believe I didn't encounter this channel untill now. Great writing and research and great narration.
I'm now going to go through all your previous videos but if you haven't already you could do an episode about all the different Wolverine clones and versions. I just recently learned about the Honey Badger (my knowledge of the last 20-30 years of Marvel Universe is cursory at best).
Oh! And the one about all the Spider Girls/Women. I know about Jessica Drew and May "Mayday" Parker, I've heard about Cindy Moon and of course Gwen Stacy - Spider-Gwen but there are apparently many more (who's April Parker?).
The episode about Spiderverse crossover wouldn't go amiss as well (again, providing it doesn't exist already :) ).

Great video. Thank you. No other version matches the original six. There are some interesting ideas like the Sinister Syndicate but they all pale in comparison to the original.

Imagine if Disney and Sony agreed to co-produce a Sinister Six miniseries.
I think Sony should do villian movies, that way we can delve deeper into their characters and get to know em more personally before they fight the super heroes.

My 2 favorite sinister 6s are from Spiderman TAS and Spectacular Spiderman ( although in Spiderman they call them the insidious 6 and I love that they work for the Kingpin)

3:19 Oh man, all the mistakes and writing errors on display here, it cracks me up every time I read ASA 1.
The ground wire in Electro's fight one is the most famous but did anyone else notice Spider-man just leaves Kraven free to escape on his own but he still ends up in jail at the end? The Sandman shouldn't breathe as he's made of sand, he's how he got vacuumed up without dying in ASM 4. Mysterio forgot, he FORGOT that it's not his smoke that was his "greatest weapon" but it was his Spider Sense jammer that he used with it, the Vulture... he thought he was still a credible threat? That one was fine, it's the Vulture, there's not much to it.
Plus, I love how Doc Ock had them RANDOMLY draw cards but then have information on the cards tailored to their special talents because, as the man said, he didn't want to leave anything to CHANCE.
