    Akka Na intermittent fasting than irukan. Without any physical activities. Pona week My weight 74 to now 71 akka. I strictly followed this. Some walking povan akka.

      Heavy workout does not worsen pcos .....it depends on each and everyone.......u can do this same Chloe ting workout slowly...not only chloe ting workout...u can do any workout ...but do it slowly as per your body wants

      Don't do while periods for 3 days. If we do any work out during periods it will show bad effects during our 50's....so please take rest.
