Wonderful episode and words of wisdom at the end. Thank you. The only one of these battlefields I've been to is Yorktown. Never heard or saw anything strange, unfortunately. I'll have to put the others on my bucket list.
I can tell you first hand that the Battlefields in Williamsburg, Virginia are a sight to see and does give you a feeling sadness as well as painful feelings in your heart. I lived in this area for more than 10 years and never quite got used to the feelings that I had while living there. My ex-husband was stationed at the Norfolk Naval base and even he said that he would get strange feelings while living there (and he didn't believe in spirits, or ghosts as he put it). However, the Battle of Bull Run in the Northern Virginia area is another great place to visit as well as the Manassas Battlefields in Manassas Virginia. I found those areas very interesting and very informative as well.
These battlefields have been on my bucket list of paranormal investigations for years, but sadly I have either lacked the time or the finances to investigate properly. Research can only take you so far, and eventually you should get into the field.
Thanks for checking out this video @mikehughes4969. We agree that there isn't really anything as great as experiencing these places in person if you can. Do you have any stories about other places you've investigated before?
We've heard a LOT of stories regarding Cold Harbor... Maybe we'll include it on a future Civil War List... Any other good ones you'd like to see us cover?
Thanks so much for checking out this video @Ani-ce6jd. We also love that idea and will definitely be releasing a video focusing on the Civil War in the future. Is there anything in particular you think we should cover?
I love this stuff. Admittedly I forgot all the dates and some of the specifics around the war, as a history major that's kinda embarrassing but then again it's been about 20 years since I've had to recall that info. I live in CT in an area where there's quite a lot of Revolutionary War relics. I'm like 5-10 minutes away from the Washington-Rochambeau parkway or something, I forget what it's called. It's the pathway they led their troops on and stayed at some inns, I'm assuming on their way to NY. Additionally, there's a ton of houses and other stuff from the 1700s all over. There's probably a dozen pre war houses still standing and occupied within 1-2 minutes of me. Don't even get me started on the cemeteries. And just for good measure, there's some Underground Railroad stops around here too. I think most of the towns around here were incorporated in the early to mid 1700s.

My forefathers were in ware starting with the revolutionary war to the Vietnam war. I pray each day all these men did not die in vain.
