I wish ALL youtubers had a video like this because this is exactly how making a video for youtube feels😂 thank you for your transparency (and HARD WORK!)
the fun/frustration part of going for perfect is how you feel when you miss the perfect for the umpteenth time, or my personal favorite, when you're almost done with the sequence, get excited you're nailing it, and biff it right then :D that is me on the keyboards. I started re-learning them after 40 years. I feel like that guy in Sesame street 'i'm never gonna get it' and mash head on keyboard lol
I don't think we viewers appreciate just what time, effort, knowledge goes into making these informative, entertaining videos. As a Fuji user these are a godsend. It's my go to place for accurate information. Please keep making the videos but don't do it at the expense of your health. All the very best wishes to you from across the pond in England. Stay safe! 🙏📷👌
Would love to see your take on PlaneSpotting/Motorsport photography :) Best settings and gear setup for sharpest images for them moving so fast - especially with different light conditions :)
After 3am it changes to H265 and something that doesn't require wires or Atomos NINJAs. The iPhone 14 Pro spit out 1080 at ProRes and no 4K unless you have the Max, which in my state at that moment, made me want to claw at the walls and self-encode myself into oblivion.
You nailed it! Been there many times. I shoot Sony and Fuji and I find your videos a great resource for learning and understanding the Fujifilm system.
There are things in this world that just have to happen, even if we don't know why, we just feel it. Universe just has to manifest things in this world through such kind of strugle, even if we can't fully understand the reasons Why. Sometimes good enough is good enough, but there are times, when things just have to be the way they have to be, and we give all we got, not even knowing why.. but it counts! Short, silly video, entertaining for most of 150k subs, but you can never know, maybe it changed someones perspective, even if you'll never get feedback from that someone.. Keep up great work!
Can chasing perfection also applied to purchasing equipment? I just purchased an XH1. A five year old body. Got a good deal on it from Craigslist. Haven’t had the chance to use this body much this week. An old camera with a nice sensor. I’m not going to stress the capabilities of this body as my video use case is clips. I realize this isn’t the best tool for street photography because it is big and heavy. This body is performant enough for me. At the price it will do what I need it to do. It isn’t an X100VI but what is? I don’t produce product for a customer. I suspect we as the professionals have higher ambitions for our work than the customers can see or want. This was a funny video. Thank you. Mask On Nurse Marty (Ret)

Thanks for sharing.
Tried a drone?
Wow! That was perfect!!!🏁

I agree. Stoping caring somehow is a magic unlock when we are overthinking.
A GREAT reminder that we need to put in the work. Thanks Chris!
How I understand exactly the point! It has taken me through a very painful moments until I get it right! I know the feeling Chris!!! Cheers
