🔥 香港西貢海鮮系列 Sai Kung Seafood Shopping Spree Part 2
🦑 白灼本地墨魚
- 將水煲滾
- 放入墨魚煮1分半至2分鐘
- 脫去墨魚魚骨
- 放入冰水浸住
- 切片,伴豉油山葵醬wasabi (或依照個人喜好調校)
🦑 Blanched Cuttlefish (The freshest way to enjoy local Hong Kong cuttlefish)
- Bring a pot of water to a boil
- Cook each cuttlefish for 1.5 - 2 mins
- Remove the cuttlebone once it detaches from the body
- Soak in an ice bath
- Slice and serve with soy sauce and wasabi(optional, please adjust to your own liking)
