·雞湯 (混合糖、鹽、白胡椒粉、芝麻油）
·老抽
·芡汁 (鷹粟粉)
·芫荽
*請根據自己的喜好調整以上材料的份量

Ingredients:
・Flower Crabs
・Oil
・Onion
・Shallots
・Ginger
・Garlic
・Red Chillies
・Spring Onion
・Cooking Wine
・Chicken Broth (mixed with sugar, salt & pepper & sesame oil)
・Dark Soy Sauce
・Corn starch (diluted)
・Cilantro
*Please adjust the amount of the above ingredients to your own liking
